I have a hunch that a placing will be announced if the sale of SA Assets cannot be coordinated with the funding for the end of March?

Placing will be around 0.50 to get this over the line.

Maybe wrong. As I say only a hunch.

Gives us some direction for next week.

Wouldn't be surprised if we continue to have tidbits around Tigray being posted to alarm investors. Whereas in reality, there are many 'seasoned investors' who have been through this over the past 10 years or so and know that sh*t happens.

This is a lot closer than ever to get funding by March/April. Don't get distracted by what's happening over 1000 kilometres from TK.

As I mentioned previously, looking at around end of March, April at a push to get this sorted.

Would be very surprised if this is resolved by then. We are dealing with politicians here.

Will Kefi have a rethink about selling the assets and pump up the sp to the last placing price off 0.55 to keep our current share. Surely, these assets are too go to sell.

Harry looks to be subdued more than normal when discussing the increase in Saudi assets. It must be a case of rubbing salt into the wounds when being asked by the interviewer about this. He admitted that he was not oblivious to the potential there. As the day has progressed, we can see the Markets reaction.

I am waiting for an RNS or an intra day one. There have been large buys today and excellent volume. That MUST say something.

The final definitive documentation is on track to be ready for signing by the end of March 2025, and as soon as these necessary certifications are completed along with consequential syndicate Board ratifications.

So, we have a firm timescale that they are working to.of the end of March for full sign off with funding.

We need some news to steady this rocky journey.

A sorry state of affairs as we meander through financial funding. We can only hope that we get at least $30M to fill the funding gap from the Saudi assets? Otherwise further delays will ensue as they look to bridge this shortfall. I am sure that they have a fallback if this does occur.
