I personally do not think the Market is forgiving Kefi for putting their SA assets up for sale as can be seen with the sp dropping from 0.55 to getting closer to 0.45. The sale of these assets will not be a quick one, especially if there is more than party involved which the RNS seems to elude to that possibility.

Shareholder value is of paramount as if this is not delivered, where do we go from here??

Saudi was a major part of the companies portfolio at one point. Sad to see it go.

A very interesting part reads:

'The expanded Hawiah Project is now a very strategic holding in the tightly held Wadi Bidah Mineral District, with recent extensive pegging by the Ivanhoe Electric/Maaden Joint Venture.'

Are they reaching out to them, to get a better ROI as ARTAR trying to get it for a song?

The Market is a little flat with the News. I get that we are only into the first trading day of the year.

Following the passing of the Resolutions, an application has been made for the 933,169,817 Placing, Subscription and Remuneration Conditional Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on or around 8.00 a.m. on 3 January 2025.
