As we have had a fair bit of discontentment on here about Harry'salary and bonuses in advance of the Webinar and the upcoming AGM, are we expecting this to be reflected in the sp?

They really mean business now.

.... and even then, there will be no specifics as what is there to report until around July time. Cannot see any RNS's coming out before then either. So, we need to assume that everything is progressing well.

The webinar discussions as always, will be around the information that has already been put out by the company with an opportunity for him to press the flesh of investors.

The Market will dictate the price of the sp.

If it believes in the company and and it's assets, then we will certainly rerate.

The offer price will not get anywhere near 0.56 imho.

I can see that many are hoping so.

Large volume of sales.

The sp has been lower than where we are today, so I wouldn't say on its knees.

Even though a placing has taking place the sp is holding up really well as placing was at 0.55.

We are in a much better place than before the placing as we have another investor onboard.

Seems like sour grapes as the traders were caught out going long yesterday.

How long was I mentioning this.

Up one pops.

Watching with interest to see what happens next.

If my memory serves me right, I predicted this would get sorted by the end of the month.

Less chance of a placing now. (Not ruling it out totally)

The way the sp has been behaving points to a placing, especially if we do not get ratification within the month.

Having said that, there does seem to be some calm and a more relaxed Harry in recent presentations. Could that be sign that we are ready to, as they say 'Rock n Roll'

Well, I gave my possible outcomes yesterday evening.

I am still hopeful that ratification will be done by end of this month??

However, I have a feeling that the first RNS we will receive points at a placing. IMHO.

Cannot all be purrfect can we!

As we move forward to the E of Y results as Kefi looking to balance the balance sheet. This is even more critical as we are about to launch TK. How are they going to do this?

Will they achieve short term funding?

Will they go for a placing?

I am sure that the persuing days and weeks in how the sp behaves, will give us an indication of that outcome.

Casting a watchful eye today.

It will be interesting to see how large the buy or sell will be after hours!

On both buy and sell sides. It looks to have been a game of switcheroo! ;-)

Hope there's not a big seller lurking in the background.

As there will be no objections moving forward (a formality now, one might say.)

We could see the sp reach highs that we have not seen for quite some time!

We will see if investors have betted the wrong way.
