Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Good morning long time sufferers.
I was checking through old RNSs and nkted that on 18/2/21 they noted that a Strategic Review was to be undertaken to identify "how to employ the funds raised last year to focus on and develop the most attractive opportunities among the large number now presenting themselves, alongside the investment that has been required to manufacture masks". They also noted that this review should have been completed prior to announcement of the company accounts for the year 31 Dec 20.
2 questions here then. Its the end of Q1 21 so one would expect these accounts to have been published already or have I missed them.
Secondly, im wondering where the output of this strategic review is, again if ive not somehow missed it? Im guessing if not this is really the document that a lot of investors would want to see. It would no doubt also highlight progress with Pharm2Pharm and masks specifically? All speculation, but it would be poor form to announce that a review will be undertaken and then not announce the results? Understand its not incumbent upon them to announce if its not market sensitive but if it describes near term targets it may be? Interesting to hear people's thoughts on this?
Hoping for a rerate in any case. GLA
I was hovering over buy "to average down" at 2.5. Hoping for closer to 2 then I can average down to just over 5p with what funds I have available.
Was just thinking this myself. Like catching a falling knife as they say. Im over 50% down at the moment and have a feeling it has further to go. Was considering averaging down at the end of the month but im beginning to think thats not even very sensible. A sit on your hands job I think.
Doh!
Indeed LP. Not suggesting year end is the "only" factor affecting the markets, but one of many. Agree with your views here.
Today/This week is a bad day to be watching share prices. Its year end. Have around 250 shares on my watchlist and 2/3 are in the red today. Im sure many will be closing positions over the next few days at the end of the UK tax year. Things should rebound from April 1st in my opinion regardless of newsflow.
The mask expert has spoken. What a load of nonsense. You bored or just after some cheap shares?
Agreed. Its embarrasing for those involved. He said... She said.... Etc.
Glad its not just me that does this. Frustrating as I recognise I do this, but for some reason I can't help myself. Been holding here for around 8 months which is a lot less than I believe some LTHs have been here, through the good the bad and the ugly. I for one am holding strong.
Welcome back Iceman. Good things to come here.
@Rightback. Allegedly we are supposed to say 2 birds with one scone these days... Something to do with PETA. Hehe.
Im currently in much worse! Loaded with Pharma. Loads of potential. Its a waiting game.
What is the "bad stuff" care to elaborate?
Personally i like this RNS. No nonsense. Reaffirming the market that negotiations are ongoing. Positive that samples are out. Id rather a rise on real positive news of sales rather than a bubble caused by speculation thats destined to burst anyway. I personally think orders will be forthcoming. Good product. Right time.

Yawn. Please. The Daily Mail is not even a decent news outlet let alone a source of reliable information. The ship has been steadied. This will recover in the coming weeks and months. Why sell at a paper loss. Its not the bookies. Patience rewards almost always.
100% with you Teabiscuit. Its easy to choke on your tea when you see a 40% drop but its all AIM games and short term PIs looking for a quick. Buck. Its not really that ban an RMS IMO.
Hold for gold. Not going to let a paper loss worry me with this one.
Fine on IG. Buy as much as you want.
Haha. Nearly spilled my tea
Yep. Mobile and desktop
For a day which has been the most part a bloodbath this looks promising. Anyone aware of any news? Perhaps just some people topping up as we continue to float around 8 which is a fantastic opportunity in my own view. GLA
