AGM results and trading update The board of directors of China Biodiesel International Holding Co., Ltd.(AIM : CBI) ("CBI" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions proposed were duly passed at the annual general meeting of the Company ("AGM") held earlier today. At the AGM the Chairman of the Company, Huodong Ye, made the following statement: "The challenges faced by the Company in 2008 resulting from the international financial crisis have continued into 2009. However we are pleased to report that shipments have started to rise since March. Production at the Longyan plant has returned to the average level of 2008 and the Xiamen plant was reopened in April. Both plants focus on the production of BII, which is used as a substitute for petrochemical material and thus has a higher added value over normal biodiesel fuel. The total shipment for the first four months of 2009 was 7,601 tons, this compares to 8,010 tons shipped during the first four months of 2008. The board has seen a recent rises in the price of feedstock which has been passed through to customers through increased selling prices. Bought in on Friday morning.Looked up share news above last one march 08.Did a bit of digging on the niche group website.I found 11 RNS that have not been listed on LSE.I bought CBI and found 8 RNS not listed for that company aswell.I mailed admin and was told it was to be sorted by 4pm Fri.Still no show.So DYOR as LSE are not doing the updates.It is worth reading the news section on the website.

All CBI holders I found 8 RNS this year, they worth reading on the companys website.Why are they not on here.It has restarted production in the second plant.This has got to be good news.As I have been watching this one for a few months.Never could work out why no news since Sep 08.I will mail admin as I think this share would have had more support with all that news.

This company with only 50 million shares has left 'Redressement Judiciaire' and is back under full control of the board on 7th July.It has booked in for 2 trade stands soon.It is out there looking for trade, a good thing for us.I am waiting to get back in and then put it away for 2 years.
