SKYWEST AIRLINES LTD ("Skywest" or "the Company") NOVEMBER 2009 AIRLINE PASSENGER OPERATING STATISTICS Charter Services Increase by 5.48%, Load Factor rises Skywest, the Australian and South East Asia regional airline, is pleased to announce its network operating statistics for the month of November 2009. Load Factor increased by 5.28% to 54.50% compared to the previous year. The Number of Charter Services for the month increased by 5.48% to 231. Regular Passenger Transport Passenger (RPT) numbers decreased by 1.43% over the previous year. Skywest RPT traffic, measured by Revenue Passenger Kilometres increased by 7.49%, while capacity, measured by Available Seat Kilometres (ASK), decreased by 2.93% over the same period. Skywest Charter traffic which is measured by Charter ASKs increased by 6.90%.

Chairman Jeff Chatfield said earlier that "At the Company's AGM we enjoyed good support from a broad base of shareholders, with all resolutions being passed. This means that the Company is much closer to having its securities quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange". A Special Resolution that was put to shareholders concerning the adoption of new Articles of Association was successful, enabling the Company to lodge an ASX listing application and an Information Memorandum with the ASX shortly after the meeting. I listen to what u say.I'm happy that the divi is up 57% on last year.The biggest gas find in Aus history and they have the Gov contract to fly to the field.I wish them luck.

Load Factor increased by 5.29% to 57.45% compared to the previous year, load factor does not include Charter Passengers. Skywest Charter traffic, which is measured by Charter Available Seat Kilometres, increased by 17.27%.

childsplay are u aware that these planes are being fitted with a type of satnav for landing on dirt strips in the outback in the dark. Not many planes have this and the biggest gas field in Aus has just been found in the outback and SKYW has the Gov contract at the moment.Plus they said they will land into more dirt strips all over Aus.Got to be a move up soon.
