I watched a COVID conspiracy theory video with regard COVID testing swabs being covered in nanobots that would then plant themselves in your brain. A diatribe of duff science, scare mongering, sensationalism and repetition. A lot of time the voiceover was from "official text" which was shown on screen. All hilarious, but the bit that made me laugh out loud was when they were talking about cavities that could be used for nanobot insertion and despite it being in plain view on screen the narrator couldn't bring his god fearin' self to say the word "vagina".

Thought I would share . . . .back to the oil.

Not the next Scandi-Noir screen hit but the freaky goings on at Scapa Flow.

On a day like today you don't need the nitty gritty but I take my responsibilities seriously.

I have already proposed the theory that IK is floating storage waiting for a big boat to come and take two loads of Kreamy Kraken. I have moved out of the North Sea and scoured the frikkin planet looking for said "Big Boat". I know pretty much where every destination labelled tanker on the planet is going right now and it isn't Scapa Flow. I went back to the drawing board.

Here is theory 2. Between loading day and now the gap between VLSFO sold in Singapore and Rotterdam has narrowed by $7 per metric tonne, both having risen but Rotterdam catching up. At a point the local sale becomes more economic because of the long haul transit costs. Besiktas Dardanelle is going to take our load to Europe.

Lastly, I hand in my resignation as Harbourmaster and return to my favoured role as petty look out officer.

It's all a web of intrigue. I was looking for a simple load me up load me down and they went all off grid and freestyle on me. IK seems to have had a fleeting dalliance with Naxos II. Let's imagine that was refuelling. She sits their waiting for a real conquest but no takers. Besitkas Dardanelles due in three days, no idea if relevant.

We have had two tanker loads where the tanker waits for the second load, how about the first shuttle tanker waiting for the Tanker and the second shuttle as a new process.

Or maybe Stealth VLSFO Singapore is there as we type.

Yes all three fields. All incidentally showing a noticeable uptick Oct-Nov. If Enquest predict 10kboepd from GE Area then gross production needs to rise to circa 37.5kboepd so must have faith in drilling programme.

The LSC Stasi deleted my first post identifying that IK was off grid but at that point marinetraffic was showing past position at 18 hrs prior and I think 3-5 hrs from hook up. I'm hopeful for a Sullom Voe deposit. Not going full tilt to get there though so let's see.

Got to go, No 27 bus passes the end of road in a few minutes.
