That has got to be a good sign that things are at least moving.

With lockdown going on there does not seem much point to weekends. I seem to be counting down the hours until the markets open again on a Monday.

I would guess that any significant news should be reported ASAP. The American markets being closed is neither here nor there.

Yes I agree longrun this year things are falling into place especially with the Beckman distribution agreement. Having Beckman distributing this top quality kit on their home turf will be a massive advantage and I applaud Genedrive for getting this agreement in place. I wonder if this may increase the chance of an FDA approval because surely this must be due soon?

Question for those with knowledge in this field. Is there any kind of limit as to the number of tests that can be sold prior to full approval? The 16th December RNS stated specimen testing for a reasonable period of time, but is the number of tests restricted or unrestricted?

FDA approval would derisk this substantially in my opinion. Prior to that happening my own gut feeling is that the stellar sales numbers projected on this message board sound a tad over optimistic.

Why is everybody so convinced next week will be transformational?

Do none of you remember the May 29th 2020 proactive interview? The one where initial sales were expected in June. If any of you have a fuzzy memory or have not been invested that long, it can be found on Youtube. I might be wrong but I dont recall any sales getting reported. I recall £1million of indactive orders being mentioned in July but I dont recall what happened after that.

They were claiming Beckman have won a tender to supply PHE with 4 Biomek units when the tender says nothing about there being 4 units. The bigger joke being that the tender was for production of DNA libraries rather than covid testing.

A reasonable rise into the close although not as sharp as I was expecting. There is little doubt that the product is absolutely world class but I wonder if some of the more discerning investors are wary of a repeat of what happened last year. All that initial hype including a raise that hit 300 pence before dropping down to below 50 pence in December. There is nothing wrong in taking a profit.

Let us see what next week brings. In my opinion this needs some further news on progress to sustain the current market cap.
