Most contracts do have clauses for express termination of varying degree- BUT and the big BUT is the damage caused to Georgia as a fair and good country for International inward investment and trade would far out weigh the hollow victory by invoking any such clause. What SM would or other would consider spending billions after that

I wouldnt read too much or get too upset by moles post.
He is a good guy, very knowledgable with good intensions from what i have seen and know from meeting and conversing with him.
That said he has had some personal and family health issues coupled with - like many of us - some financial re jigging due to the de listing.

There will be a hint of personal annoyance in his views and stand point in my opinion.
Who can blame him or any of us for a bit of that. e cant do anything about the position we find ourselves in and im sure that is annoying for all of us- shorters or longs or long term investors

it was reported from the arbitration panel that they had concluded in terms of both sides putting forward their case and would now retire to deliberate. They stated they expected to deliver their findings sometime in first half of 2020.
Cant remember which document it was in though.
