if any contact is sent to frr prior to the outcome of arbitration being known it will in my opinion be a nuisance. If any letter email or other is sent i for one will be removing my shareholding backing of FSHG.

it woudl tie in with the congresmans letter and wouldnt show the GG as an open and good goverment to work with

20 years, 400 million dollars invested, 8 million dollars vat rebate due but not pursued as GG are toght for cash- then they screw us over.

Doesnt paint them as an open and honest partner and good to do business with now would it.

so frustrating at times - especially when you see figures as per Gipps post earlier. Weve been told we have that level of asset yet here we are unable to access our hard earned when needed- hopefully we are thankfull of that fact soon- and totally unaware of what is going on.

The snippets we do know point to a good outcome. Eg Kawaley changing his mind and stating in light of evidence now in his posession
The information we know of events that could but havent happened point to a good outcome . Asset not taken off of us.

Frustarted and a bit ****ed off but still ever hopefull and believe the end result will be favourable.

Now ive owned and ran several SME s over the last two decades and if i had the option of keeping 100% of a mega multi billion dollar asset or owning 25% of it and having partners who have oodles of cash, friends in all the right places, equipment expertise and ability to expedite returns on that asset - i know what id rather have.

Better to have 25% of a huge producing field than 100% of that field while its losing several million dollars per year as it needs major development.

In your middle management pie eating belly rubbing opinion- tongue in cheek obviously - would this be for lesser parts of block 12 that we have not paid much attention to in recent years- shallow fields etc.
Surely we have met the criteria set out in the psa regards spend and development etc - otherwise we would have went the way of the port contractor as pointed out by oopsi. They would just have issued a - heres your jotters, aurevoir.

In my opinion - we may not come out of this with block 12 in its entirity but its not a win all or lose all scenario painted by others. We already know we have achieved commerciality in MK and taribani so id expect to at the very least hold these areas.

All a little bit of calculated guess work - whats your thoughts

If you were a true investor who was concerned as star claims, and with the gaping holes in his concerns being given fact and opinion that potentially dispels those concerns by you and many others
You’d expect them to say ok, that’s plausible and whilst I still have my own concerns your opinion and the points given to back it up may just be right

You wouldn’t keep flogging the same dead horse negative slant now would you.

Star still banging the I’m not short but will plague the board with well chosen points from the mortgage document and court case Info, that on its own can make things look bleak, but requires knowledge of the bigger picture or additional info to properly understand.

Unquantifiable potential losses - i really like that phrase and will use it regularly to remind the pond life

Best post in a while and sums up why most lth investors are still confident, and has been suggested on here by many, that we will come out the other side and see fair return on investment

Why if this is bust did ZM/SN not just hand over the shares Hope wanted in lieu of the $2m? That’d be the sensible thing to do right? It’s bust and they can get rid of their liability by giving him shares in a bust worthless entity? Problem solved, theyve saved their cash but offloaded worthless shares.

But they haven’t Star, they’re fighting tooth and nail to keep these worthless shares in a busted entity!
