it does, on the perimeter, look like a bit contradictory- Claiming that frontera are making unfounded neagtive statements about business climate whilst permits and licences are being issued timeously like confetti whilst requesting arbitrational discussion.

Georgian Fair Business Practices Sanctions Act of 2017

This bill directs the President to periodically submit to Congress a report: (1) determining whether or not the government of Georgia is undermining commitments or contractual agreements made with U.S. business persons operating in Georgia, and (2) identifying current or former Georgian officials who are responsible for such actions. The report shall include a summary of U.S. government and nongovernment investment in Georgia.

If the President determines that Georgia has committed such actions, the President shall impose financial and trade assistance sanctions on the government of Georgia and visa and property blocking sanctions on identified officials.

Dont think we should have any fear of being shafted.

Devex- i asked Zaza if we are strapped for cash at this minute why do we not aggressively pursue our 6 million rebate owed - it is owed after all.

He did indeed say something along the lines of we will receive t when they are ready so we will just throw it in with our substantial cost recovery pool.

When pressed again- he said what would you like us to do? should we fall out over a minimal sum, we will receive it but not worth falling out over it when we have so much going on together- not exact but along those lines.
He seemed far more relaxed about it than i was at the time.

Can’t argue with the R8- that’s the trouble with many a board room these days. Some whipper snapper comes out of uni and expects their degree to trump many years practical experience We all know in reality how that works out. Currently experiencing it with a big plc car compsny we Contract too. Not a good situation I’d take Zaza and hs experience in the fiend any day

i do however think people are entitled to vent disapointment in operational achievements reported.

Im still positive but not happy at being the best part of 50k down on my investment. Im not moaning - yet. But if i want to you can rest assured that as an investor of ten years with a ;lot of skin in the game i will.

a fair analysis of current situation. we need some positive action that will give this value creation some visible positive momentum in terms of booking reserves and sp appreciation.

The progress has been positive in terms of debt, yorkville pay off & communication up to now. Communication is now less free flowing than previously seen and is becoming a bit of a bug bear.

Still think we will get a positive out come from this drill campaign but easy to see how frustration is building. Lots of people bought in for UD2 company and country transformation. Whilst it isnt exactly a failure at UD2 its wholly understandable people see it as a failure - it hasnt delivered the gas in a pipleine with the carrot of revenue intimated.

Frustrated- yes
Still hopefull - also yes.
