This bill directs the President to periodically submit to Congress a report: (1) determining whether or not the government of Georgia is undermining commitments or contractual agreements made with U.S. business persons operating in Georgia, and (2) identifying current or former Georgian officials who are responsible for such actions. The report shall include a summary of U.S. government and nongovernment investment in Georgia.

If the President determines that Georgia has committed such actions, the President shall impose financial and trade assistance sanctions on the government of Georgia and visa and property blocking sanctions on identified officials.

Dulwich - excellent post. The only point i think differently on is where you mention you think the NDA is fairly new.

My thoughts on this- it could be signed recently but my thoughts are that it is a more extensive and developed agreement to what has already been reported at the meetings we have attende.

I have myself been involved in something like that. we had a very brief NDA and some 8 months later as the product and route to market developed - the NDA became far more detailed.

Just my thoughts - as has been said by others. You are a phenomenal asset to this board bringing a skill set, experience and knowledge that no one else on this board- that i am aware of - has.

Exxon - been publicly listed as in the data room by GOGC and out on block 12, got to be an american company involved given the sabre rattling from the senate.



These two would be my top guess.
but- ive said it before and will say it again- id join coggy in woolies window if SOCAR dont have an interest in any possible collaboration. Huge in the locality and the bear to the side wouldnt have a lot of issue with them politically. It would be a possible master stroke all round- YES i know what they did to us before. Cant change the past.

All just my best guestimate- i also gustimate we wont have too long to wait to find out.
