Ahh, thanks Looed. Surely a good mechanism for encouraging an investor - subject to gaining the extension etc. The vat due though is still more than the debt and, in my opinion, could surely have been used to negate the legal fees from the arb award. Did the GG not go back on the demand to relinquish B12 stating that frontera were a valued investor and friend of Georgia. Surely that being the case the extension should be a formality and we move forward.

Are they stating no assets as the asset was moved and eventually ratified by GG.

Been so long, and due to cardiac arrest issues, my recollection might not be as sharp as it used to be - hence the questions.

So much smoke and mirrors im not sure where we are- as clear as mud. Probably for a reason.

you say that the GG is the largest creditor of Frontera. Are they not also the largest debtor?

I asked zaza in one meeting why if we were short on working capital we did not request the 8 million vat re payment we were due- his answer along the lines of its small cash in real terms and we did not want to antagonise them.

We also have the cost recovery pool of 400 million dollars

What we owe GG compared to what we are due is a pitifully small amount. Why then would such an issue. This has been my concern for years.

ive seen the report

mixture of good and bad but we have no way of knowing what will be the outcome yet.

there is mention of funding and wish to take the company to pre liquidation request state - lets see what comes.

im still confident of a possible positve outcome but depends on psa being extended and the sn proposal being accepted.

Yes the near 400 million recovery pool is an asset we certainly wouldnt want to lose.

There is a scenario that would save the CR pool and our shares and limit the cabal of sheisters that have tried to bring us down - im hopeful thats whats going on - hope though.

So hope and pray it is.

in a previous post i think you said after the liquidation process had started within 2 weeks SN was trying to take the company back to a pre liquidated state- from your very well explained answer below you would appear to think this not the case- am i correct in that assumption.

so my thinking on current situation is as per the liquidation notice our shares were one hundred percent in the company in liquidation and as such Sn has no current control or legal power over our shares or in FRC C

The notice from the company via looed that we are on the bus is confirmation that we are all, sn included, owners of shares in a company being liquidated.

The asset is not there as per GG acceptance of the shift of ownership to FRUS. Is the comment intimating that we are on the bus of the company that has the asset or just as above that we are on the bus of FRC C.

Are we therefore reliant on SN and the we are all frr family on the bus together menaing that our shares will be honoured with equivelant holding in FRUS. Is this at SN discretion.

I still hope that we will benefit from this - can either of you verfiy my thoughts as correct or am i way off the mark.

It is increasing difficult to see a positive outcome here for my holding after nearly 20 years of support of both SN and FRR.

I wholly appreciate there have been unscrupulous workings to deny us benefit from our support and investment from several players here - the shorters, Hope, Ya etc

its the occasional message of hope thats the killer here though. lost count of the number of times ive put this down to a write off only to get some glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel that is totally outwith our control with no real concrete knowledge of facts.

Does anyone have any info on where we are currently.

A long time since a little hope was showing some light at the end of the tunnel- is it now extinguished.

This whole is looed genuine or not ! Is Looeds contact legitimate or not narrative is all getting a little tiresome.

Several of the old guard heavily invested long term investors, none more so than Devex, are trustworthy - are they being questioned about their integrity?

For a long time it has been clear there are dark forces at work trying to devalue and discredit the company and as such in my opinion the situation is wholly understandable.

Devex - thank you for taking the time to clarify and again validate the correspondence validity. Must feel for several and none more so than Looed, that its a waste of their time and effort.

I would like to say thank you for the efforts put in to keeping the LTHs in the loop and hope you do not become disenchanted by the minority of negativity directed towards you and please keep sharing what you can.

I wrote this off to manage my frustration and reliance on my investment in frontera which managed stop my daily checking in here , as well as my heart. I do however trust SN to be doing his best for himself and all invested including us to deliver a return on our time and cash invested in frontera. Im just not totally reliant on that being the case or something that would happen imminently . I will however be delighted when it does and hopefully financially well rewarded

As an extremely grateful and overly invested long term holder i hope you keep going.

Outrider management llc is the comoany that majority owned the outrider company that bought the distressed debt. Can only see the two outrider funds being liquidated - not seeing anythiug yet about OM LLC

Not been on much in. last 3 years due to cardiac arrest and luckily - recovery.

So, am i reading this correct, SN has taken ownership of the debt payment he signed up to after having fought to have himself and FRR separated from the case against ZM and this has been agreed and exectuted. Thus leaving Mourant to go after ZM solely in a different case. Nice bit of distancing and seperating by SN.

This does appear to be very good news. thanks for all your hard work as usual.
