Pip, its a £20ml company with ~£50ml turnover and a solid future. Some companies would kill for that.

As far as I'm concerned its a cash/asset grab and the only sensible way around it is to vote and make a lot of noise.

So, the second meeting is to declare, if approved, this delisting a "special " delisting... if this second vote not won by them ..

They'll have to pay up for the stocks...?

Pip I would encourage ppl to go read the rns s and look at the companys website then make their choice. Just participate. I won't go into assets turnover . Just go make a choice about your darn money

Btw if you have electronic shares you can vote via proxy..call corporate actions team at HL ii whichever one you use they can do it for you. First person you speak to might not be aware of this, ask them nicely to ask a team member.
