The CEO has 1.6million or so shares, a lot bought in at £1.32p and above, so I don't think going private was on his mind, although having rejected £2.30p, the man is a fool (in hindsight which is a wonderful thing we all wished we possessed for every decision we make). Where are the police investigations is what I say, as this can only be fraud against shareholders.
If 2024 balance sheet is as stated I'd be up for going it alone, as 35p is a kick in the crotch. However this government's policies aren't helping a so called white knight to come in and Trump's destroying shareholder value and inadvertent reduction in oil prices are also the elephant in the room sucking any positive vibes about this company's prospects.
I've some skin in the game and can't imagine the institutional investors are too happy to have such heavy losses, so I've decided to follow their lead and stick it out into suspension if needs be.
