I am not sure that we both read the same RNS. I am renowned for being glass half full but I think yours is about on fumes.

Agreed. If in the earlier RNS if they had not said seeking funding but in negotiations the share price wouldn’t have dropped as far.
To me this is a massive positive, subject to seeing the full RNS on the funding structure.
Hopefully that will be the end of Hawkey

If Mike was going to raise money on an open offer he would’ve probably done it by now . He probably has sources of funding that means he doesn’t need to go for open offer. The level of finance they probably need to Fund the project going forward would be in excess of what he would achieve in an open offer

We have always beentold that funding is under control . The RNS gave the impression that it was not.

foxm, I don't think they are anywhere near having a deal for funding in place otherwise the RNS would have been ' we are negotiating funding' or in discussions for funding. the 'seeking funding' sounds completely desperate and gives me the impression that the funding that was available earlier in the year is not now or on different terms.
Stupid things is that if he had come forward with an OO on Monday for £2m @ 5/6p he would have probably been successful!

It’s the signing on the dotted line on proper contracts which take the share price to Infinity and Beyond. At 6 p I cannot lie on a beach all day:)
