Valkor have an MOU with Quadrise but have yet to agree the licence that I believe where the issue will be. Being a Quadrise shareholder I hope for all of us any agreement is resolved quickly!

We should get fingers crossed something out of Morroco before we run out of cash. They should be applying for Government assistance which should extend the runway for 3-4 months. Their is always Ecuador which looks like it has some steam. With the potential pipeline if it ws not for the earlier false dawns the SP would be higher IMHO

I don't think so. It is being kept down due to lack of news of a contract. It is nevertheless annoying that they will be able to get a large number of shares for a comparitively small amount of money unless things pick up!

Its almost like the price was dropped so they could get more warrants.

Exactly my thoughts BP. However my wife used to work in Banking and its amazing what some people will buy. But I am assuming in this case they had loads of ime for due dilligence? How much does £2m mean to them? Maybe just a small punt on a potentiallly huge return
