Successfully flowed 4,250 thousand cubic feet per day (Mcf/d) of raw gas from the Amsden formation on a 30/64" choke and 1,050 PSI wellhead pressure.

· Amsden formation appears to be a robust gas producer with additional gas analysis underway.

· Absolute Open Flow (AOF*) estimated to be up to 8,000 Mcf/d.

Legin, yea perhaps stick to the facts! Strange how few days ago Amsden was the saviour, commercial, SP be £'s etc. Didn't hear 6% being mentioned when it was being ramped to high heaven, strange that, No?

Plus they well balls deep testing for weeks as the other 2 didn't flow, had formation damage, or both! Now, apparently it was only the second target lol? Really so why didn't they go back into other 2 straight away then?v Besides the fact it was your best chance by far! What did they tell you it flowed? Who was yelling on social media discovery, commercial, robust etc etc lol?

Keep ramping the dog, another who bought more shares, either mad or lying hmmm so many "apparently bought more share today why isn't it up 30% instead of down? I am sure though MM's will keep selling to the deluded. I mean big share holders keep offloading and are today! Don't you ever learn?

Do not listen to these ramping today when the FACTS tell you otherwise. Please don't lose anymore in this. Even averaging down presents a huge risk unless you going to try and trade your way out of trouble. But MM's keeping spread big enough to dissuade that at the moment.

Rig mobilisation update.

Noble Helium Limited (ASX:NHE) wishes to advise that the BoreXpert rig has been

delayed at the Kenya/Tanzania border.

BoreXpert have advised the Company that paperwork related to Interpol clearance that was started

several weeks ago and was expected to be completed last week, is still awaiting completion.

Interpol clearance was an additional mandatory requirement for BoreXpert, who is permanently

importing the rig into Tanzania to be available for further work beyond the initial contract agreed

with the Company. BoreXpert’s best estimate is that the rig will be on site by mid-November.

While disappointed with this delay, the Company does not foresee it causing any additional or

significant problems in completing the upcoming program, based on the mobility of this rig, the

current weather forecast and ease of accessibility to our selected drill sites.

On a quiet day. On neighbours shareholders getting a bit uppity lol can't be that happy with way things are going although the Helium looks definitely there. Maybe just too slow moving?

The results of Noble Helium Ltd’s (ASX: NHE, “Noble” or “the Company”) Annual General Meeting

(“AGM”), held on 26 November 2024, are set out in the attached document.

All resolutions put to the AGM were decided by a poll.

As noted on the attached, the adoption of the Remuneration Report, which is an advisory

resolution, received 56.2% of votes cast against the resolution and therefore constitutes a ‘first

strike’ for the purposes of the Corporations Act.

Actually BB I think you got off lightly considering the antics of the BOD and the previous RNS. The trouble is the market can read the RNS even if some on here can't, or are in denial due to losses!

I say again, the COS on remaining 2 zones are not high at all! Not saying to fail for sure but.....they weren't great before drilling! They are a dam sight worse now. Forget the hype, the fluff, and see the facts...

The guy selling did a great deal lol. He got cash and shares which I would bet good money on has been selling into rises. Folks, perhaps the lesson is to listen to someone telling you the things you don't want too hear and not the person telling you what you want too hear? Always DYOR and don't be blinkered and follow the crowd. Ask yourself all the posters you cheered and put likes to, where are they now? Eh gormless Norm who I called out ages ago. More drills fail to be commercial than the other way. That is a simple Fact!

The massive clues to it going wrong, besides social media clowning, was in the RNS and the long delays on testing. They said they would report first initial Gas to surface if positive. They reported NOTHING! Then they said they were doing "additional" tests. In other words the first tests were no good so dragged it out for Lab to confirm. I am convinced they would have dragged it out longer if they could have got away with it.

They obviously already knew the initial results when ramping it up on Social Media. Freakin hell!!

AIM has always been like this, in fact has been worst! RNS are cleverly written, often ambiguous. Always a get out clause for the company. One of the main problems with AIM is the fact NOMADs are to all intent and purposes a waste of space! Don't do their jobs simple collect the money. Look at some of them, see how many companies they are NOMAD for! it stinks! NOTHING will come of anybody reporting them to NOMAD. If you report to FCA they will take it down and tell you that they never tell you what happens, what? lol! In other words zilch!!! If you don't understand AIM either wizen up or recoup what you can and get out!

The BOD should never been allowed to pull those social media stunts! I said they were misleading. Even that Bo's body language and demeanour was all wrong. Got abuse after abuse for it. The interviewer was a Pup. They don't give a dam, they will have anybody on saying anything. Not their problem. It was a 3 minute put up job. Munchkins was disgraceful, pure and simple. At one time I thought is this guy on something? Now perhaps you understand why he and HE1 parted company?

Personally I wouldn't listen now to the posters trying to make a purse out of a Sow's ears. ulterior motives and all. Sitting on big losses hoping to get a rise so they can bail leaving you with the baby. Not to be trusted!

Personally I wouldn't average down either. The COS on Flathead and especially Charles DO NOT look high. Put it this way if Amsden had have been a success they certainly wouldn't have been going back in this quick. IF at all on Charles. Do you really want to gamble big time again? If so average down but others be selling at same time. The best advice on AIM somebody gave me many years ago is if you get it wrong take your losses, move on, and try to make it back elsewhere. Oh, and learn the lessons as we all have to. Sometimes the hard way

PompeyM they have been very misleading many times it seems. I honestly don't know how anyone can trust them after last few weeks. I wouldn't be surprised if they had the bare faced cheek to try it on again with a Proactive interview. That would be something to behold! I did say about Bo's body language and it was a very soft 3 minute prop up job. As for the Munchkins the less said about that performance the better!

The thing is they have been clever, and in RNS. I said the RNS were cleverly written, very ambiguous. Let PI's run away with the ramping doing the job for them. As for the GAs gushing video. Of course they only said it was "Gas", not Helium or Hydrogen. So they can say hey, we never said it was! But what did folk believe? Please don't get your hopes up on Flathead and Charles. I hope Darwin gives better results for you and Bo Bo and Munchkins keep quiet and let results speak for them!

That is the only line that matters, the rest is just fluff! Appreciate some are just stuck in now and got to hope. You can always take chance of averaging down but that would be a big gamble.
