RE: Large buys accumulating once more5 Dec 2024 19:29
tiburn, ah so the market will understand all when it values hex as you want? just chuckling.
the fact of the matter is no aim company is properly valued. i just love it when the back of the *** packet merchants come out and say a x b = billions and they scream why isn't it so lol. this usually even before proved commercial let alone proven in a cpr with feasibility study etc the only time an aim company is completely valued properly is in a takeover. then it is worth what someone will pay it. the "market" is mainly made up of folk as yourself, me, others, "the herd". plus the mm's that you could equate to the herd drivers. so when you look to valuation/sp look to yourself and hundreds others who drive the market by buying and selling. the mm's make a market where they can do both and take their cut. at the moment here it is around 14.5 -15 what folk want to buy and sell at. at he1 it is around 1p.
with the likes of he1 (only using as example) their valuation is below what many think it should be over there. it matters not a jot what they think. it is the level that the market is being made. shortly it is likely that the mining licence will be granted to take them to producer, which is an altogether different level from explorer. the new cpr and fs will lay out all the resources/basin modelling/years producing etc. then the market will be able to put a different value on it as a company. you can put some figures to it based on bankable resources/facts. will it then be valued at what folk think it should? no, of course not! because over there you will get the *** packet merchants saying it should be 25p blah blah based on blah blah. aim simply does not and has never worked like that.........what is a fact is every single time, in every single aim company, after a sharp rise on good news there will be sellers taking profits and others that get spiked then sit around for months ramping to try get it back to where they can get out.
as for how rns are interpreted, as i have always said, they are ambiguous a lot of the time, cleverly written that many pi's simply miss key facts or get them wrong completely. so no point arguing constantly over them. you have your view and i have mine, which i am entitled to even if it is negative. i have called it correctly so far. even on the social media side.
i pointed out in rns, before bad results key word "additional tests" another aim "favourite is "in due course". not just here i might add, seen it so many time over years. get out clause for companies! well it was due but.........
so let's wait and see as you say. even though anything meaningful is probably at least 2 weeks away. it would be nice to hear eg that they actually have got a crew on site at charles to at least start the work? winter is closing in fast and the temperatures do drop drastically there with heavy snow. i know for a fact they have already had fairly heavy snow bit further east just over border in canada. gl and good
