Happened on Hilifax a couple times. I just hit "get new quote" and eventually it comes up with a trade to execute.

Same here... I called the bank and it takes up to 10working days to clear into account. I'm guessing if it was to reinvest it would be available instantly

TDT acquisition/merger either way our holding will be classed as AST. Right?? Same difference really

For me it's the acquisiton that will be the last opportunity.

AST are 3.5pps, so it could go either way after the merger

Noexpert, I made some money with AMC over the years buying and selling and so now I'm probably in profit overall once divi received, and still a bundle of shares in holding.

A good result for an acquisition would be Christmas come early

Halifax informed me that they received notification that payment will be on 14th June.

Anyway, I'm done now. I've rounded off my holding and it's fingers crossed to wait for an acquisition!

Just been in touch with my bank, Halifax.

I dont have to do anything as halifax will receive the payment and distributed the funds to their customers.

No need to register as per the RNS.

Not really bothered where the money is. Be happy when I receive the dividend but also to see if there is a plan going forward to get some more value out of our holding!

I'm sure what I said was the sp could top out at 2.2p prior to dividend. After dividend investors are most likely to off load their holding and the sp will fall.

I also suggested that if investors feel that AMC will come good on an acquisition, they may gamble on investing.

Furthermore, I said that we all know what speculation can do to the sp.
