Echo what people have already said, David Sefton needs to go completely and if the board still require his services then the company will go nowhere, especially if they use his contacts for fund raises.

I hope the board have some details on what’s happening now the name change and resolutions have passed. Now just have to remember the epic.

I’m sure the votes will all be passed, even though the company doesn’t even know how many shares are owned and by who. Strange that, maybe they will finally be able to tell us. So sure too that the wages will go up and the company will prosper under David Sefton who has such an impeccable reputation.

I hope anyone going to the AGM asks them how they can justify their extortionate salaries. Just because they are directors doesn’t give them the right to earn large salaries when they haven’t proved their worth. Maybe if they were paid in shares we might see some action, no skin in the game and no incentive to drive this forward for shareholders, just dilute and take a wage and leave if it all goes bust with no issues.

Shame the O2 team I emailed at the end of November didn’t have a clue about this coming.

Can’t see at present why the company can be valued much higher as they are simply not producing the revenue. Maybe once they actually get the John Gore partnership up and running but simply not doing enough.

Currently, parallels with BIDS. Overvalued price, directors sell, misleading RNSs and little in way to show for it. Confidence is low apart from loyal private investors.

Typical Melody, all the hype and nothing now it seems til next year, when we will see the same promises of schedules, live shows and everyone hoping for big names, no John Gore news either.

They have been a huge disappointment in not taking advantage of Christmas.

The board need to massively up there game next year as they are never going to reach their targets if they continue in this vein and all we will see is further fund raises with more jam tomorrow.

Board have played a blinder, but only for those who took part in the IPO, multi bagger on the way up and short it on the way down. Board needs a massive shake up, clearly couldn't care less about their shareholders.
