Anotehr +5%, lots of 50k trades, still looks like a buyer is about, hitting 3-4 year highs , rather amazing given no solid news.

Seems like the curse of David Sefton strikes again. Worse thing is the new board are just as bad. Appalling treatment of shareholders, they know full well we need answers to key questions, yet quite happy to let this ridiculous situation continue and for the share price to collapse. I hope anyone getting to the Sheffield AGM gets some straight answers, if they bother to turn up.

@LowiePete, yes I agree, it's out of EVRH's hands, but I'd have thought the advertisting in O2 would have at least shown a VR headset for 5G deal, or a viewer for the phone - shame we don't know of any companies that said they were going to have a VR viewer ready at the end of summer?

How many people are going to bother to take notice of a big O2 video screen showing the same O2 branding/blue background/bubbles and a couple of small icons - maybe if their was a music event being shown/VR viewer they might stand a better chance.

Well I have just sat in front of an O2 shop and seen the small MelodyVR logo as part of the extras, but I’m afraid they are not doing enough. This is VR, there was no picture of the VR headset, no mention of VR at all, I’d never know. There were no graphics used as on the billboards of the headset and the world.

O2 aren’t doing enough to promote MVR and this campaign won’t gain much traction or sales if that is all they are going to bother with. MVR have little say in the matter., sorry.

Melody, T&Cs updated on 11th December, there are 4 instances of the word ‘upload’. The first couple seem standard about using their content and uploading on your own space, the others such as

‘vii. upload, share or submit content that is or may be interpreted as...’

read more like you upload content to their platform? I’m not totally sure if this is new or old but perhaps may relate to a new feature.

Another site that does meet and greet by video, https://www.celebvm.com/ perhaps a market there but not sure if VR would add much and not sure if celebrities could send off the cuff videos in VR themselves to customers.

The O2 website https://news.o2.co.uk/press-release/o2-launches-o2-extras-offering-memberships-to-amazon-prime-video-amazon-music-and-more/ mentioned the 16th being the date for release of MVR on extras, but this has already happened, it is available now.

Have I missed something, or are we expecting something big to be released on the actual date?

Nice to see a bit of movement on this, need some solid news to get it to stay up though.

DLA Piper have offices across the UK, so not just Sheffield, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Sheffield. Board are just not willing to meet more than a few shareholders face to face and look them in the eye.

I wonder why? Surely they want to meet their loyal shareholders and give us all this information we’ve been seeking and have no problems meeting us face to face.

Great to have the icon on the homepage but hate to say it - just searched 'melodyvr' again and it doesn't work - O2 have some issues.

Various automated replies are now coming in from my original emails to investigate this further, from various authorities. Not sure it will do anything but we can hope.

Some good news on what's coming along with the tweet and new Extras coming online would certainly help now.

@robbo13 I can see your point of view regarding why Lord Alli took the company private, the only flaw with your suggestion is that if shareholders were given new shares in a new company then surely FLFL would be entitled to them too?

I did see another advert for Roxi on Paramount, quite a long advert with the neighbours dancing and Alesha Dixon at the end.

I’ve sent some emails to relevant people, but shareholders need to make this news tomorrow before the election, someone must be interested in this story.

Incorporation date, 15th October 2019, this company was setup in readiness to buy the assets from Koovs before the RNS of November, but Koovs board did not tell shareholders?
