April 2019 I bought my first GGP shares at 1.68p. My only mistake was being cautious and not buying even more - kept making that mistake during early 2020 - GH was CEO - and I like many others will be forever grateful to him, and wish him all the best - he always said he would not be staying as CEO, and the shares he sold were his to sell - he may even have moved some to family - who knows.

Calum Baxter is still there - it was between him and GH who decided to go deep at Have - and with a footprint orebody target size looking from above of about 650 metres x 750 metres - it was either genius or very good fortune where the drill went in the ground. The target area compared to the tenement size is very small.

Will be interesting to see if CB can repeat the success on some of the other tenements. I am sure NC will have had some input to the Juri targets - although we are in charge for year 1 - it's their money that's footing the bill.

A success on one of the 100% owned tenements is my dream. If this was another junior miner - there would be a lot of dilution to fund exploration. In a few years we will have income from Haverion. In the intervening period - maybe some nice exploration drills.

I look back to the 38p days now - I was also taken in with the scallywag ramping, foolishly. The lassonde curve is very good - I should have paid more attention. Also the MCap of NC compared to GGP should have given some clues. Still learning the hard way!

Been reading but not posted for a while. Hands still sore and no more GGP purchases since 25th June and made 7 purchases in 2021 - 2 on day of scally results before drop - and the remaining ones around the 20-21p mark.
Long term even hoping and expecting to make profit on my 33.5p purchases.
For Haverion - it's going to take time - but much less time then any other new discovery - and very hopeful of tier 1. We will even start to really explore at depth until well into next year. Haverion true scale will not be known for at least a couple of years yet IMHO. We also have a world class partner doing all the thinking and decision taking - one that has been deep mining for a long time. They also know how to maximise resource and minimise AISC.

Tonight's results will be about Haverion only - as Juri news - if any would come from GGP as they are currently managing the JV. Would be very happy to be proven wrong with any decent results though. The results will be good - as usual - but maybe still not enough to wake up the market.

For GGP - Haverion is the largely derisked way to growth - but will take a few years of production to cover CAPEX costs/loans.
The game changer will be any new discovery on either Juri or our other 100% JV's - but even of we find something else - still years of deep drilling ahead (maybe not at Blackhills - shallow find would be marvelous)

Like many I'd love to see SP powering ahead - but alas I think plenty patience is required. None of my other mining stocks are looking great at the moment - sentiment is not in the mining sector.

TMT - I will admit to being slightly taken in by JoeBass at the time of waiting for Scallywag results - and was taken by the fear of missing out when results came in.
I was buying at 33.50p on the morning of the RNS - and will not be so easily taken in again.

I don't know what he claims to know at Scally, Calum Baxter and the team will have put the drills in what was their best educated guess.
I have listed intently to what Magic and Bamps have said about Scally. I do not yet think that tenement is a duster, but what I think is it needs more money, could need much more expensive deep drilling to find anything, but that is what the exploration game is about - it's not easy.
Look at the physical size from plan view of the Haverion ore body, and the scale of the area we are in - and see how hard it is to get the drill in the correct place.
And there will not be further drilling at SWAG until later this year.

But you never know, we may get lucky at SWAG, and may get lucky on the Juri JV - but even if we do - much more drilling will be required and this is long game here - but we have the knowledge Haverion is big, and it looks like getting bigger with every drill.

I watched the SD interview last night, and was encouraged. I find the comment about delaying the rig for SWAG as they were in an exciting hole at Haverion - but each drill hole comes with a plan - so possibly positive they have decided they need to keep drilling beyond the plan for that hole. We will find out in due time.

Patience - our rewards will come from this share.

I hold OMI - not a lot now TBH - and have missed opportunities to take good profit on previous spikes.
Just got in from work and have not had time to check anything here - but have always believed in OMI for the long term.
Sold some at small profit or break even and put it here when the SP was around 33.5p - just proves to me how hard this game is.

Today I put a small fill order for SGP at 4% below yesterdays close - everytime I do this the GGP share price rises! BUt I am not complaining!

I have never thought Bamps21 was a ramper. I am sure like many of the rest of us he has said he is here for the long term - not for a pump and dump or trade, and is one of the most giving and knowledgeable posters on here.
Of course he is enthusiastic about GGP - he is a huge believer in Haverion - and the potential in the other licences. He freely states his opinion, and unlike many others backs it up with his thinking.

I bought at 33.5 (have been buying since 1.7) - and yes I was greedy, did not want to potentially miss out on a profit if we had good results at Scallwag - I bought on the morning of the RNS, but at the same time - not concerned - I don't think I'll make a loss on those purchase, and am fortunate to still be way in profit. I guess it was fooling as if I had a crystal ball I'd have waited and sold after the drop. But I know I am invested in a mining explorer.
I also think Haverion will have much more at depth - but that is pure speculation - but any time we buy a share we are speculating.

Bamps - don't let anyone get to you - you have many people on this board who enjoy reading your posts - unfortunately I don't have time to get on here so much now.

I'll not be capitulating either. I have been buying. Have been looking at other junior miners - have another 5k left from this years ISA's to place - was not going here but think it is now. In deep but happy - old hindsight wishes I was not so cautious from 1.6p through to 12p buying range.

Interesting thoughts from BR @ TMT, and I was thinking about this myself today - also a bit bemused by the SP being stuck in a rut - even with continued good news about Haverion. I guess like many PI's - confidence can easily be shaken - especially on AIM - I have speculated a lot on mining explorers - based on expectation of increased commodity prices - but most of my portfolio is flat - but I have been choosing AIM and know and accept the risks.

Most junior explorers never become miners or make it - most run out of money while exploring, keep doing placings and dilution with more shares, still no luck with the drill - and eventually they go bust. This is I think a fact.
GGP were I think heading down that path - until the drill found Haverion and then the JV with NCM started.
That is a game changer for GGP - an we just need to be patient.
Drilling deep for exploration is slow and expensive - and still hard to find very small ore bodies in vast areas.
GGP we just need patience - what would be ideal for any mining explorer is an income stream to fund annual exploration. We will eventually have this when Haverion is producing - although we will also have some debt to pay off.

Haverion may take years until we know the full size of the orebody and resource. The depths will only be really explored when the decline is finished - and this may also be slow due to priority being to build the mining infrastructure. Before NCM go really deep, they may be drilling some of the other targets in the Haverion tenements - where we probably have the highest % chance of more resource - right next to infrastructure which will be built.

Meanwhile we are funded for more Scallywag exploration drilling in H2 2021 - and we have $20m Aus to spend exploring the Juri JV. I agree the chances of a strike are not brilliant - but you never know - CB and the team hit Haverion - it may have been luck, it may have been skill and knowledge - or a mixture of the two.

I have always said here patience is required. I know the Cadia is different geology - but look how that resource has kept increasing over the years - and the extraction costs are minimal. I thin Haverion will follow the same pattern - speculation I know.
Meanwhile the Telfer mine sits there desperate for feed - and our world Class deep mining partner is breaking all records getting ready to mine Haverion.
Keep the faith and be patient is what I am telling myself - and hope for another strike - but even a strike will take time to prove up with a lot of deep drilling.

TMT - I wish you loads of luck in the path you have chosen - one thing is for sure it will not be an easy one to navigate, but I do think the people you choose to help will benefit greatly.
I am not religious, and I also think religion has caused huge problems in this world, but it has also done a lot of good. I was brought up a Christian and went to church, but have never been able to answer the chicken and egg question and the science stops me believing.
I know many religious Christians, and their faith is amazing and gives them great comfort.

Inner LA would not have been for many people - let alone your dear departed wife, you will already have seen some of the misery there. I have visited many places on the US West Coast, only on holiday, and the poverty and homelessness in one of the worlds wealthiest places was hard to take in, majority also being elderly.

I will miss your sensible posts here. I have been busy and do not look in too often now, but bought some more shares this week, and truly believe in GGP. Glad I looked in today to see your message, and the many messages of support.

My timing is sometimes poor! I bought on the morning of the Scally RNS. And never bought enough when I started buying at 1.6p. And stopped buying between 12p and 2-p+ when the price was increasing early last year, and then FOMO had me buying pre-scally RNS at 33.5 - have not old any - and not worried about not making a profit even on my most expensive buys.

I had a fill order in today for just below the ask and it never got filled, maybe it's FOMO again. I already have a very good profit here - even at 20p. It will get much higher in time.
Why am I buying even more here - don't think there is a better AIM share out there - and Haverion is IMHO going to be huge.

Not sure what the results on Weds will bring, but every set of results has been very positive - and the SP dropped usually.
Juri JV results RNS - don't think so - GGP are in charge of that - so unlikely NC would post anything in their results.

I also had a fill order in Panther metals - small punt - chasing another rainbow on AIM.

Block Caving needs large Capital Investment - but has proven to be economical on large orebodies with low grade.
Cadia is probably one of the best examples of this - I have posted this link to a great video showing the drilling done at Cadia over the life of the mine, with the resource size shown along the bottom.

That's what made me invest here - was late to the party - my average is over 6p but happy to hold. I don't think we have a Cadia - but the chance of a fraction of it would be great.

A TR-1 does not need to be declared until the buyer stops buying is my understanding. So it's possible for someone to build a stake over a long time to get to more than 3%, but that really depends how many shares are free floating in the market.
I came here late - and my average is 6.2p - should have paid more attention to the Lassonde curve - willing to hold long term though.
I cam due to proximity to cadia and seeing how very successful that mine has been over a long time for NC - a small fraction of that would be amazing

Hi DVH - I have a small holding in RMM - got in just before the recent consolidation announcement at 0.43 - so missed a bit of profit opportunity - did think on selling at high 0.5's - as in my limited experience consolidation is never good in the short term. But holding.
I had a look at PALM - website info is a bit sparce - have not looked at AUS prospects yet - but Ontario got my interest.
I have been invested in Northern Superior for a few years now - TSX listed but also Canadian explorer and have projects in Ontario and Quebec. Michael Gentile has a 16.6% stake, Sprott also has a stake. A former colleague of mine got me invested there - he is a major shareholder - name used to be on website but they are on there now as HNW individual.
This is the second year their Ontario drilling program has been on hold due to Covid, but they are further North than Palm in Ontario - might be different.
NSUP consolidated and then dropped like a stone - on decent drilling results - and for me they changed their UK intermediary and HL cannot trade online now - only phone - so complex. I am well in the black now, but think there is more to come, been at $1.50 but now back towards $1 - will probably come out at some point as selling / buying is complicated.

Might take a look there at PALM - interesting & thanks - respect your opinion -I will have a good look through RNS etc before finally deciding. I bought some more GGP this week, think it's well derisked.

Still have not sold any here - holding my 4.75 million and hoping I can get back to break even or better. Still no faith in BOD though.

I am invested in XTR - they have a discovery in porphyry about 100km from Cadia. Porphyry deposits apparently have the largest copper deposits in the world - and are generally high volume and low grade and associated with other minerals as you know.
They have only drilled 5 holes - and there have only been assay results for 2, but were divulging xrf data while drilling the others. Now doing aero surveys and looking for other close targets before starting PH2 drilling.
Only really took an interest after I saw how successful NM have been at Cadia.
Correct region, plenty good nearby discoveries and infrastructure. Not so interesting as Haverion though.

I don't know what I'd do.
I am happy with what I have here - was buying at 33.5, have been buying this year in the 20's. I think this is very derisked AIM share - although need patience. From Hav alone, I'd be disappointed if we don't hit 60p in a couple of years.
If we have another strike - would be a game changer - but again patience is required as it would take time to drill and prove up.
My recent buys have been on more speculative AIM Junior miners. If I get a quick gain on some of these will probably go here - although I am nervous about having too many eggs in one basket.
Speedy has got me thinking about Brittania's.
I have 5K sitting in the other half's SIPP just now and wondering what to do with it - pretty sure it's going to XTR. Did look to see if physical gold could go in a SIPP - but coins cannot - only wafers or bars.
So the 100K question - I'd be bamboozled - I think I'd also put 50-75K here - and the balance on more speculative AIM shares.

I sold my AGL shares and put the money in here - I lost patience, although I really believed in the firm and what they were doing - within a few months AGL had more than doubled - and my purchase at 33.5 is now at 20p. I know I will get it back and make a profit - but that was a bad call - I was caught up in the scallywag drilling excitement - lesson learned.

Timeframe for bulk mining - everyone is guessing - and many factors in play.
When will Telfer need the feed supply to keep operating at capacity.
When they project Telfer will need more feed - will there be any new shallow easier to develop discoveries than deep bulk mining at Haverion?
Haverion - how deep does the ore body go - cannot really start drilling to the depths until the decline is completed.

Bamps is the export in how long it would take to build the bulk mining infrastructure.

Still many unknowns - and even if we hit mineralisation this year in one of the other assets - will be great - but we will not know the size until more drilling next year or later on. Look at Haverion - 2 years of a lot of drilling and we still do not know the true size.

Cannot keep up with the board - but I also am sitting on hands. I added quite a bit at 30p+ then at 22p - I am happy I'm not going to lose money on those buys. Just have to be patient.

Hi Djingle - back to your earlier post about commitment to GGP - not being critical at all here just different viewpoint.
When I bought GGP shares - my commitment is to me and my family - not to GGP - I liked the potential I saw, of course want to see this company grow and the value of my shares grow.
I don't think anything I have ever done has helped GGP - although I guess if nobody buys the shares - eventually the company will crash and burn.
I would call my investment "speculation". But investments are supposed to grow - but can shrink so realise this is why they are called investments.

When I saw a crowdfunding call to help build a distillery - long ago closed down - I bought shares there - now to me that is an investment - as I was there at the start - putting my money along with others to build assets and a company.
They then had another raise and I bought again - and again I consider this an investment - the money I paid for the shares is used to create jobs and buy materials to build something - and this will become the companies assets - and it gives me great pleasure - and I don't know if I will ever get a return.

GGP I bought shares from the market. GGP is using the monies from initial investments, placings and warrants to explore for gold, and will now also invest in the Haverion mine building an asset and creating many jobs (drilling exploration also creates jobs and hopes to find assets).

I already have paper profit from my purchase in GGP and I think I'll have a lot more in a few years - not guaranteed.

Just my musings. Amount of shares help or money spent to purchase is different for everyone and relative to their circumstances. I don't spend a lot of fast cars and other pursuits - I put it in here - hoping to help my family. But it is risky.
It's also very easy to become to attached to a company as I have found - not getting out if things start to go south can be very costly - and can easily happen on AIM on companies with Lifestyle BOD's - luckily we have not got one of these here.

I bought in relatively early - but not so early as many LTH - April 2019. I have bought all the way up - stopped at 8p which was an error. My highest buys were 33.5 - bought on morning of Scally RNS. Have not sold any at all and happy with my holding. I will probably buy more - I have some investments in other juniors - and if I get quick decent gains - will sell and put here. My buying prices in order of purchases

I bought in 30's as was frightened I'd miss the big hit at Scally - got carried away. Have since researched and realise we were hugely fortunate to hit early at Haverion - and I do not think we will be so fortunate again - but hoping I am wrong.
