The open offer was announced on 21st May 2015, the open offer shares were at a price of 19pence with a warrant to subscribe for a new ordinary share at 24 pence within 5 years.
You could also apply for excess shares in addition to the one for 23 open offer.
I was lucky enough to get about 150,000 excess shares, happy days.

I have been invested here for years and loaded up with excess shares and options at the recent fund raise.
I have met Tony and had a long conversation with him a few years ago and was impressed by what he had to say and I felt confident in his ability to deliver.
My opinion is that when things come together no-one invested now will lose money.
I might be wrong but I have put my money where my mouth is.

Well I think that Tony is doing a great job under difficult circumstances and that we are very close to having all the ducks in a row.
I would not be surprised if we prove that the project will work on a small scale and sell the company this year for multiples of the present price.

Afraid I am not too well, no more travelling and looks like I will be joining Billfish in the next few months.
I have had a very good year on the market but money is no use to me any more, at least my kids will benefit.

I have just found out today that my good friend Billfish sadly died recently.
I am sure that some people on here enjoyed his well researched and in depth posts.
I enjoyed his company and we had many pints together, he had an interesting life with a boat in the Florida Keys and was also session guitarist on the early Bay City Roller tracks.

Hi Joe, probably just me but I did not take to the guy, it was a long time ago when he was going to be involved with Sidi, which he thought was great but did not rate Tendrara but times change.
You never know he might revive Sidi which was going to be plug and play years ago.

Hi Joe, yes I remember meeting you at the Gherkin, by then I had sold most of my shares and was out soon after.
I keep an open mind about getting back in but do not care for the new guy who I met a few years ago.
I did have a chat with a former director of Fastnet last year who said that they had all sorts of experts over from the States who all thought that the gas was too tight to extract commercially.
But I also heard last year that there was a good chance that CIP would roll over the loan..

Hi Crude, the Enron story was quite a tale and the amazing thing was that the parts of Eneon ended up worth multiples of what the company was worth at the peak.
Sound was an exciting story, I had a lot of fun, made a lot of money and made a lot of friends, anyone who held all the way down should be looking at themselves in the mirror, all the warning signs were there.
You never know it may still come good but I have been out for a long time now.
