Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Thanks Brad, I’ll have a pint of lager.
I have been trying to get one in a crossword this morning.
Stranded on a desert island, eight letters beginning with M.
Huge advert for Hydrogen in the FT today by ENEL.
Google ENEL Green Power North and NextChem.
The project, which is expected to be operational by 2023, will convert renewable energy from an ENEL Group solar plant in the United States into green hydrogen to feed a bio refinery.
Hydrogen does seen to be getting talked about everywhere these days.
MFM & Moagi can you stop cluttering up the board with meaningless posts.
We are sll waiting to find out what Poppy had fot breakfast and how many rats she got last night.
The last post from Brad was one of the best I have ever seen on this board. A vision of the future.
At least we get intelligent posts from Brad and not the stuff from someone with an IQ similar to that of a dead ferret.
Brad, the options should be commission free to biy.
You will obviously have to pay fees if you sell shares to raise the money to pay for the options.
Old trader, CIP Merchants Capital are Continental Investment Partners, run by Marco Fumigalli.
I understand that it is mainly Italian and Swiss family money behind the funds.
They were the cornerstone investor behind Sound Energy then Echo Energy and Coro Energy.
I did very well with Sound and got out in time but other people may have a different view.
I have met Marco a few times and would say that he is someone who knows how to make money.
So hold on to your golden tickets and enjoy the ride.
Very significant that this trial is in a new area, stroke, could open up a few new doors
Brad, my last pint of the day has been cancelled for some time sadly. Just hoping that my partner and kids can enjoy a few and there is a large G & T behind the bar for Appiamma..
I have done very well with a few share which had Options and Warrants attached, I think that in some cases you are buying money for nothing and in hindsight I wish I had built up a portfolio of options and warrants.
There are no capital gains taxes once the shares are in an ISA but you can only transfer 20k worth of shares or put in 20k cash.
If you think that the share price will be higher in future then the more you can transfer at a low price the better.
I have a large part of my holding in an ISA with the rest in a trading account.
Good luck.
Hi Thornback, I did point out a couple of weeks ago when Brad was trying to put them in his IsA that Barclays had told me that they could not be held in an ISA.
I still think that we will look back and think that 4.45p is a great price..
Not too much longer I hope
Very true Appi, what’s grist to the mill is grist to the grindstone.
Prepare for lift off.
Pleased to hear about your biopsy report, enjoy the moment.
Hi Brad, Barclays told me that I could not hold options in an ISA.
There will be rules somewhere but I could not find them with a quick look.
I think that the tax situation could complicate matters, if you had a million 4p options and the share price went to £1 what would the tax position on the gain be.
I would double check with IG
Brad,
I took up my option allocation then sold some of my holding to fund payment for the excess shares which gave one option for every two excess shares.
I now have about 3.5 million shares including options which I am happy with.
I did a similar thing a few years ago with Sound Energy Warrants which worked very well for me.
I do not think that we will have too long to wait for good news so good luck to all.
Brad,
Think that you will find that you are not allowed to hold the options in an ISA.
I have over a million options but do not intend to exercise them until the share price goes above 20P.
Highly entertaining watching Brad running rings round Moagie, OldBaillie and Whizzer with his vastly superior intellect.
Brad 3. Muppets 0.
The late great Chic Murray was once at the Olympic Games, a chap with a long stick under his arm was walking towards him, he stopped the chap and asked are you a polevaulter, the chap replied no I am a German and how did you know my name.
Great news today hopefully first of several RNS’s in next few weeks.
Since it is the weekend I thought that I would share some off topic information which may save some of you some money.
If you google “shareholder perks” there are a number of lists of companies who provide discount to shareholders.
For example Mitchell’s & Butler, All Bar One, Harvester, Toby, O’Neills, Miller & Carter etc.
Twelve 20% off vouchers for up to 10 people for food and drink.
This is just one example, some have suspended the perks until COVID is over and it would depend who operates in your area but certainly worth a look
Apologies for off topic but thought it may help other shareholders.
I am looking forward to the free Elephant ride in Botswana.
G & T. Gin and Tonic.
Hope to be able to buy you another sometime Appi.
I am looking forward to a number of RNS’s here in the very near future, I expect the blue touch paper will be lit shortly.
