I wouldn't give any CGP any credit both companies have quoted the PEA alongside MRE3.
If anything it would be one of the many investment banks RBC, CITI, whoever BHP have that have raised it, maybe even Franco as part of the DD.

I view it as very very positive. As the PFS might well know be released alongside the updated MRE3 by the end of sept.

Phat please excuse the bluntness but that's wrong.it's clear the a new mre3 will be release by the end of Sept and this is the supporting evidence for the PFS. It's an entirely new Resource estimate that will be issued for Dec 2020.

It's all rather petty as the PFS will supersede the PEA anyway and nobody is going to use the PEA.

This has zero affect on the PFS. Despite what some new idiots might say over the next few hours.

The above is 100% clear... The PFS uses MRE3. There is no delay...a new resource estimate will be delivered by year end, probably for DFS..
The problem is just an obscure technicality as Canada has several regional exchanges.

The 1m and 2m on the ask at 29-30p has vanished today, it could be that these have been fed into the ask at 26-28p....
If so there are clear signs that the ask is weakening.

so.
We had an initial order probably buy, that was filled thanks to somebody offloading. Maybe 3-4m in total.
Will we have another one tomorrow?

15% was last used when inflation was 5% and interest rates we 5-10%.
The norm now is for a discount rate of 5-8% depending on LOM. Particularly in the current interest rate era.
As to trying to cook investors, the point of the discount rate is for the cap ex funding. It's not about fooling investors.

It's didn't allow them to finish the DFS and to hide behind should rather than will is very bad form. It implies you shouldn't do business with him unless you've got everything in blood and a dozen lawyers have looked it over.

He would be better off being honest, explain why and give clear timeframes and reasons as to why he should be believed now.

Under Canadian takeover law the shares are cancelled in the event on a takeover....ie CGP shares are no more...

This is the only bit I would disagree with as it's not the norm for a host of reasons..The shares are normally cancelled and the company that owns it takes on the assets and liabilities.
