They don't do much granted, but what they do is relative to the mcap and the index imo, for a 20m mcap aim company they. Could give a monkeys, for any aim company they don't really care, but beyond that it gets noticed, a few enquires even just a phone call is often enough to get folks to lie low for a awhile.

It needs reporting anyway, I've reported already this morning, brokers and market makers have a duty of care to ensure an orderly market...this does nether and has no no purpose other than to spoof the market, it's happen before on solg...their is an fsa email address to report it to.

Yep, its what I read, no drilling and not millions of trees, but explo ration, i.e low level exploration, which if it happened would be likely, against the law in ecuador, imo it probably did happen and CGP will lose the license and have a fine.

They didn't clear 100m trees.....that would take a team of 5 people years to do....decades....

It's not drilling. It was scout exploration,i.e clearing away vegetation to see what the rock type was, a few grab samples, taking down an xrf gun just to see what they can find.

I've not read the article but I saw that BHP released their quartlies today, they said the drilling just wasn't up to snuff.
It demonstrates bhps biggest problem of future Copper supply, for a company that makes such a big song and dance about future facing metals it has a pitiful small display of projects and most of those are in decline.

Anyway, there was a good article in nature about PCD creation, how they tend to be heavy on gold or copper but never both as the creation method s for gold and copper are at different ends of the spectrum, i.e lower pressure v higher - lower temp v higher. Obviously near the middle you can get both.
It looks like the top section of the core is heavy in magnetite and quartz but lighter in chalco imo. But we know there is multiple creation waves here, hence the multiple stockwork.
So we have a quartz zone sat on top of the heavy chalco zone, with alteration in abundence, the quartz zone is likely imo to be lower copper but higher gold?
Maybe they release the the to emphasise the high gold content, then the next rns will be copper focused?

The gold that we’ve seen in alpala,porvenir maybe Blanca etc is 0.5gt to 5-6gt if we are lucky so far.
But trying to see and identify this is next to impossible in anything but full assays.
1g of gold is around the size of a phone SIM card.
1 tn of rock would be a Boulder maybe round and a few inches above the knee.
The SIM card would be ground up and scattered through the boulder
Imagine a small 3inch drill hole through the Boulder and the chance of seeing any of the SIM card bits. Let alone trying to figure out how much
Next to impossible.
Gold above 0.5gt would be great for porvenir or la hueca.
Gold above 1gt great for Blanca

Bnc we arnt drilling the Cielito vein. It's the dome which returned rock assay results of up to 6.8g/t Au.
Completely different geological targets.
Tbf it's one the reasons why I posted as I thought their would be confusion 're what we are actually targeting.

The dome is more akin to the FdN mine.
If we get the rock chip results over a decent length that would be incredible.

We might hear from Blanca -we might not but- Blanca is a low grade bulk gold play, looking at the size etc, what we hope is obviously near surface, maybe a higher grade core, but We are looking at maybe 5m oz with 1g\m in the hope that it extends maybe 500-600m. This is obviously highly provisional but imo would be what they are looking for. Maybe a 150mx150m high core of 2-3g\m avg.
Anything with a 5-6g\m would be worldclass.
Obviously assays are a good few weeks away yet.!!

It's not a legal issue and this is just my opinion, it's more a matter of sense.
Cornerstone hold their ensa holding through cesa.
cgp are allowed to issue up to 49% of the shares in CESA to fund their cap ex costs, without solg permission, but they are not allowed to transfer ownership. They are not allowed to transfer ownership of ensa.
Theoretically they could then raise the money using their holding of ensa indirectly.
However they could not enter into any streaming deals, royalties, supply credit etc etc. As none of this is owned by either cgp, or cesa.
If they can find someone to lend them $350m using a minority holding of a minority holding, which only gets money once a pile of debt is paid off and when ensa decided to my dividend s then good luck to them, but it isn't going to happen.

So both solg and CGP are right,
Solg are right that they can't use ensa to fund it without permission, because they cant.
CGP are right that their is an exemption, as they point out but this to allow cesa to be used to fund it.
There will be no legal issue because CGP are simply being perverse and pedantic - solg are being pratical.

They think they are being really clever but I have no doubt that Nick is rolling his eyes thinking clowns and will just ignore it.
