The CAML Board today recommends a six pence interim dividend. This will be paid on 11 December 2020 to shareholders registered on 20 November 2020.

Paddyboy the US version is comprised of 6 BP shares so at the moment it's equivalent to about £2.52 a share once you divide by 6 and work out the exchange rate etc.

This is from the H L site. Looks like 30% is what they would normally take but your share dealing platform should be able to claim back 15% once you've filled in the relevant form.

So as long as you have filled in a W-8BEN form you should get 15% back.

rutts234 I am with H L and I have received my dividend with just 15% tax taken off it so I would query that.

Long term holder here and I usually post on iii. Why on earth didn't Delek fix the Sterling price at the very least ? If you're going to offer peanuts for a company, at least have the decency to ensure that shareholders at least get your miserable offer.
