I agree with those sentiments Forrest but I’m just slightly miffed that the large round table of directors have set this up, informed us that they wish to buy back to reduce the shares in issue and therefore the SP would advance when it’s absolutely clear as mud that this first buyback was to benefit not one individual PI; sorry but I’m just having what I think is a fairly fair moan.

The shares sold are approximately 20M Keith and T Grammar is/was the beneficiary of the share sales in monetary terms; it’s under the umbrella of a Ltd Co so if you wanted to be a little more direct, IF he bought at 3p sold at 1.30p as an investment vehicle he COULD write off the loss for his accounts; the 3M he has received are not counted as an asset because they are free. IMO and I’m purely summising before I get shot down in flames. It’s absolutely clear the bod knew who was selling, how many would be sold and OBVIOUSLY to anyone here what the effect would be on the SP and the Pi”s; AIMO and just my observations.

T Grammar is the beneficiary here the PI”s are absolutely not.

Problem is Don”tP I feel like I wanna moan everyday; can’t see how anybody currently thinks £500,000 spent for a declining SP was a good bit of business; should have announced a divi when there was 2MIL available at least that would have got the SP UP and the seller would have stopped selling shares !

The copper price is odd isn’t it; the worlds carmakers are finally starting mass production around the world needing copper, America has announces huge infrastructure projects @trillion bucks needing copper etc etc and the price drops !! You couldn’t really make this up

Well our first trader has sold 18,500 @1.30 which after the RNS from SFR this morning is absolutely bizarre. Obviously they are already loaded and don’t need the money. Bit like Cash—-t must be loaded because sits here all day and doesn’t own a single share.

Cmon Keith it’s a misprint !!! Bet there is a correction and it was bought @1.30 lol or even worse a cross over and correction @8am tomorrow morning. You know me I’m not negative but this buyback is beginning to resemble a laurel and hardy episode and we are the audience.

I think Keith the seller from MTR is the mysterious buyer here making 3-5% per day !! When your spinning £20/£30 grand a day it’s money not to be sniffed at; after all, unless there is some serious changes at the top, this is a company with no money whatsoever, money draining away daily from boardroom salaries etc and as other posters have stated, another raising will surely be on its way shortly; and just for clarity, I hold no shares here, I’m not a ramper or de ramper or paid to bash but I am quite a large holder of MTR which hold a large tranche here.

And we are on the cusp of 20% ish holding in a very exciting “oversubscribed” and “swamped” IPO called Cobre....you can’t write this ladies and gentleman.

No buyers or sellers as exciting as being at an exhibition of showing how snow melts !!

Frustrated isn’t really the words pal; take THR abs basket case, abs no income, assets worth £1,£10,£10000000 but no income; was 0.21 from 6p I believe over quite a period of time; now gone from 0.21 to 0.43 still with no income; @MTR we now actually have income, buyback, KML, cobre in 3 days, SF, Thai, Spain etc etc and what happens ?? The poxy SP falls and now sits static whilst people around us are actually selling stock !! I’m beginning to disagree with some who say whilst this SP is so low, buying back more saves MTR money. So what, we as shareholders aren’t benefiting from this buyback because for some unknown reason to me people are selling more than is actually being bought back !! Someone tell me why plz; if I wasn’t like soooo many here sitting on such a large loss, I would have bailed out ages ago !! There are some who continue saying MTR is coming good etc etc but what more needs to be done to get this moving ? Because the buyback is benefiting only ONE person !! The one who is selling their stake down.

The cobre IPO is 3 days away, Forrest has already kindly informed us that the offer was “swamped” and “over subscribed” and yet people are selling stock. Any views to educate me here would be greatly appreciated!

If the poxy SP stays at these levels of course they could afford it !!! I’ve got a score somewhere......
