Afternoon Tigers
Well that was a decent start to the week and I’m still of my own opinion a decent RNS is just around the corner. I’m with you Kick on THR; it doesn’t make sense to me especially after the penultimate fund raiser where they said this and that and in fact nothing of this/that or the other has materialised (so far). The valuation today of THR is 4MIL and we have 11% ish; if it’s as good as what they think it is, get the chequebook out and let’s take the whole thing in house; if it’s NOT that good, why do this last fundraiser? Anyone care to an opinion ?

Is the RNS due tomorrow ? Nice buying this morning and let’s hope some news is imminent across our vast array of assets; is has to drop in our laps soon !

Some steady buys going through this morning which I’m hardly surprised at as news is imminent IMO.
Sell off yesterday so overdone but sheep mentality protocols always seem to happen.
Totally off topic I’ve read up on Galileo (GLR) yesterday And dipped my toe in with a bag of sands worth; they have just picked up Kalahari Licenses pretty close to T3 etc so might be worth a punt.
Back to here and I’ll stick with my 2.55-2.65 which I think we would be at now save for sell off last couple of days.
If SFR do sit out at Montana for a while and decide to hit Bots all guns blazing, our resource estimate will be quicker and further underpin the where,why and what”s for MTR going forward.
Great to see a few more hit the Green and I’m personally certain that we will not be revisiting the dark days of 1-25+ again. (Albeit if we did I’m mortgaging the lot and going all in).

I’ve read the appeal re Black Butte and it’s probably going to be a no no and be found in SFR favour, hence as you say the slight drop in SP.

Just read NCM statement for GGP this morning and wow !! I expect to see our small investment rocket today; and when our day comes with one of our main 4/5 projects... it’s coming Tigers

SFR almost back to Billion $ valuation and IMO on track for $6 rapidly; another 20% on for us.
I personally see a new SP of 3p as a base level within a short space of time; having got us another $Mil in the bank we must assume another top up with our current stable of investments or perhaps another little tickle with a new outfit?
Either way I’m sure all LTH”s must agree times are very exciting now; positive news galore moving forward, a steady ship with terrific captain and crew, fully financed, income continuous, asset appreciation beginning to accrue robustly and very soon a resource estimate for our uncapped NSR.
Seriously what’s not to be getting quite excited about Tigers ?

That’s my buy of 135,135; I’m heavily into MTR for Kalahari and I’ve had a read and this seems a bit along the same lines. Any extra views or ideas greatly appreciated.

I’m the same as you except I dramatically increased my holding from 2017 once it hit 1.15-1.20 and like you and hopefully many other now in good profit and won’t sell anything yet. Good news on a district scale is coming IMO we have excellent investments, money in the bank, divi income and no debt !! Honestly what’s not worth a few quid ?

Tigers as I think this is a little overdone with the SP ! I agree with you Hydro on your broad figures but I’m reasonably certain that investors like me and BigMJ Etc are looking at a much bigger picture. As prudent as it is all liquid investments are sitting at nil upside value and the uncapped NSR”s are possibly a huge income stream which can be collared, mortgaged etc for some hefty poppy. With that resource estimate confirmed the SP of SFR and ourselves should hopefully increase dramatically. SFR is trading at a huge discount currently as we all know; the divis will increase as well giving MTR larger mortgageable revenues.
CBE SAU PAM KML are all at nil value save liquid investment price; prudent yes but real ? Obviously all the LTH”s here think as I do; they are going to be worth some real dough hopefully in the not too distant future particularly in relation to CBE.
So yes to your figures Hydro current position I think is about right; 9.45M over 10-11 years you can get a lot of loan/mortgage on that Tigers !!

There were two 750,000 purchases yesterday ! It’s imminent (mega news IMO) and I understand people taking profits hence the slight retrace on the SP.
Once that resource is priced up, happy days. When you mortgage, collar, sell a forward generating income stream over a long period that will generate the necessary lump sum to then become a fearsome player that will naturally attract new business because everybody will know we have the poppy to invest and crucially, a BOD who are experienced and trustworthy. Seriously Tigers, what’s not to like ?

I see the same nonsense is still be regurgitated; so Dyson , who tried to launch a new, NEW product called the “Electric Car” gave up after £500,000,000 spent. I can only assume that some of you here are retired/current bank managers,solicitors and accountants because you are utterly clueless when it comes to what is being attempted here.
I offered to help and only Clarky said yes so clearly the rest of you are more than happy to sit at your keyboards all day just hitting “repeat” and talking rubbish.
I think it’s safe to say that when a shareholder tells you he has invested an absolute fortune into this and some of you then think it’s “A scam”’or he and CP and going to run off into the sunset is just utterly ridiculous.

IMO I think this week may well be pivotal with a couple of absolute storming bits of news; I had a very little tickle this morning to dip my toe in the water but I shall sit tight till Friday now.
As I said earlier, the Blackrock increase should be noted by us all; SFR is sitting at a credible massive % discount currently and some big news is going to put us right up there SP wise.
Thank god we have a huge holding with BigMJ, TG estate, Charles Hall and Sprotty to ward off any cheap bids: I mean @ current value with what we all know is imminent, it’s an absolute bloody steal.
