Just in from grafting and I see we have done rather well today considering there is a sea of red across the portfolio.
Depending on where one goes, a 0.90% increase will get you a couple of coffees ! (But not a caramel cream at Costa!!).
I’m still on for a proper RNS and 6 trading days to go.
A bit surprised with TRR but nothing wrong with taking a bit of profit; nothing else there IMO.
Another day Tigers of a steady performance and roll on tomorrow.

Very interesting reading what the MD of Southern says about their new cornerstone investor from America; interesting because it equals almost all of MTR and Flannery family investment total for this funding round.
In my humble opinion a very large virgin investment in a third round of funding is extremely exciting; there’s always a reason when it’s that big a lump IMO.

I agree with you; of course, based on what we have already loaned against our 3.68% holding in SFR currently, I think it’s worth mentioning that as the MRE is announced the SFR sp should in turn increase IMO.
We will then have an increasing asset value on our initial holding, guaranteed divis as they have $250M in the bank and a future mortgageable asset With the SAME company with all that dough in their bank.
As I’m sure many of you realise, raising capital requires assets and going forward MTR will be able to raise millions in finance as the divi payer is in a super strong CASH position and the assets that they hold will be “A” grade.
The next stage I think will be CBE and KML; regulars here know my initial thoughts on the deal. For many institutional current and new investors, a boutique investor/royalty creator WITHOUT a mine around its neck is far more cash positive going forward even though we are committed to $1.75M which in the scheme of things may, MAY well be peanuts !
SAU comes out of suspension on Thursday and be interesting to see the SP direction.
I’m please personally to see 27.5P+ but we are a long way off as BigMJ says our correct MC. Off the top of my head since January this year I’m not sure of the total increase in stakes that we have bought but we are way behind considering copper/gold/silver prices.

Well I don’t think you have to be a rocket scientist to work this out. Our basket case THR up 17% I think at one point on what exactly ?? GGP up 4.36%.
We have 172 buys n sells, 2 further investments today, MRE literally about to drop, PAM, TRR up yet again, CU up again, CBE about to get KML, SAU on suspend for fund raise AFTER largest shareholder increases stake announced and we managed a **** poor 2% increase.
Totally laughable and some wonder why investors just sod off elsewhere !! The consolidation was supposed to make us more attractive to new and larger investors; I don’t know where they are exactly.
Amazing that we still had at one point 60 trades, 11 sells and nada and then dropped 1.92% because someone had sold 10,000 poxy shares !
Well my position remains the same; heavily in, happy to be in and waiting for something to light our very VERY big fuse.
I’m keeping the faith tigers.

Keefy no greater knowledge here my friend; just a thought process. MTR approach CBE do you want KML as we are not a miner; CBE what’s innit for us ? MTR well there is .....? What is there ? As I said previously, my opinion is that there must be something interesting enough or why would CBE be going for it ? Hence, my two weeks timeline. Ok maybe a tad tight, But something will need to be declared or else why would they be going for it ?

Well I’m just thinking out loud Keefy !! CBE have to give their reasons to their shareholders as to why KML; there has to be compelling reasons why ! That’s where I’m coming from pal and it’s not going to be weeks away is it ? KML/MTR/CBE have to tell CBE shareholders something exciting or why else would they be doing the deal ? Do y see my thought patterns here

Keefy it’s staring y in the face. !! Joking but I feel there is major news a foot with another of our serious investments. I mean after all, why would CBE be taking on KML ? All IMO DYOR etc etc.

Well even though 26p is absolutely pi—poor it’s a welcome increase. With the investment increases we have been making in the last 6 months, our NAV is increasing.
Next step resource estimate; got our divi again for September so happy happy days. TRR well up on our initial investment. SFR obv declining post divi announcement. I think September 20/20 will be our month; aside from RE, I think another monster RNS will be dropping within next two weeks.

Everyone bailing and rightly so after this fund raise but magically we have two huge buys seconds apart as the SP tanks; honestly you can’t write this...
