It appears many do not trade Lloyds on a regular basis, if ever.
If you believe Lloyds underlying value and returns will increase, why worry about a rise or fall at results time?

I just get the feeling that it would be less damaging as a back bencher for the former SNP leader to fight off all the financial irregularities she and her other half are facing. This police report/investigation must be coming to a head shortly, its been going on for years, no doubt with others to follow.
Nicola Sturgeon will be desperately searching for some sort of legacy for her years in charge. With Scottish businesses left reeling from nearly a decade of high taxes, low growth and anti-business policies. The NHS in the worse position of the devolved regions, record debt and drug problems and independence in tatters and just a dream, its gonna be a tough one. Scotland deserves better.

Darth, whether you accept it or not, so-called 'macro event's' are usually a result of government action/policy which can and do have repercussions on share prices, none more so than Lloyds Banking Group.

I see Darth is back. I must check the SP, ah yes it's down over 2½ percent.

The next definite cataclysmic macro event here in the UK will be the election of a labour government. Can't speak for other countries actions or the forces of nature. But rest assured given time they will leave the Lloyds SP in tatters along with the UK economy.

But many understand the 16 hours rule and its effects on benefits.
