As per annual report current liabilities was £7.438 million, up £2.2 million from the previous year.

What makes it worse is £1.5 million of the £2.2 million was in short term borrowings, so one can only assume they are higher interest, 0.5% a day ?????

Soon that basis, plus POW debt added and heavier interest finance I would say debt has increased more in the last year than the previous year !

This makes £10 million debt look very conservative

ADMIN EXPENSES - £623k

PROJ DEVELOP. - £96k

Explor expenses. - £56k

Finance expenses. £804k

Loss for period £1.548 million

I assume finance expenses are loans etc so this could have only gone up since - This equates to £133 000 a month in finance charges alone

Dogs unfortunately the share price action is pitiful, RRR need much more volume to be able to get a decent placing away, unless discounted of course. Helpful and the telegram group orchestrated by Dicko trying their best to create the pump but just no one believes any more and who can blame them !

Can’t imagine it be long till recent buyers realise what’s going on here and sell at a loss, any sign of this and I reckon any large holders will try and dispose of as much as they can ! Not looking good here in my opinion ! DYOR

He has been pumping this from over a penny and is down a small fortune with lots still owed to him. He will pump this at any angle to try and get out / reduce his losses but for him to do that he needs to ramp you in for you to lose money - It’s how he operates !

Helpful gonna be desperately pumping any angle he can now knowing RRR got to find £200k by the 19th of September or risk being put in to administration by POW !

Soo £200k along with debt repayment charges, RRAL monthly charges, admin expenses !

All this without the other 2 x POW payments and still no mention of the £500k CLN’s which RRR owe me Helpful and his chums, so you can see why he has a trying to pump this for all it’s worth !

In my opinion No DRC payment, No royalty from Soma because ore is not from El Limon licences and no sale at Cote because I think that it s all pith and wind also !

You certainly ain’t the good guy, if people had listened to your ramping last 5 years plus would have lost a fortune here, anyone listening to mine, banburys, Zumores, Mr magic’s advice would be so much financially better off .

Debt and finance charges haven’t gone away helpful and only 5 weeks until £200k needs to be paid to POW !

Personally I don’t think any money will come in before the 19th so looks like the only way so more loans or placing ti be able to pay POW, not sure if POW will agree to any more extensions !

If RRR had to raise £200k at these prices that would hurt holders and almost 20% dillution !

Should de well here if you quick enough !

MCAP might be due to the amount of debt the company had and finance charges it has to pay daily along with its ability to make forth coming financial obligations !

To me it’s seems clear very few believe much RRR and AB says, never mind hapless.

Not sure what angle they going to try and pump next but in my opinion the only money RRR will get is through placings in 2025, question is is that enough for it to survive through to 2026.
