See double figure drop here today as doubt ther be any fresh money coming in and dash for the exit if you can sell, as you will see large delayed sells go through assisting the placing.

Unfortunately the next news will be passing of resolutions at the AGM, which will give Bell the ability to issue billions of shares, and as night follows day the placing will come shortly after !

Looks like managed to get some of the placing shares through, lot more to go to get the £200k they need !
