I have contacted the FCA regarding this today as not having an AGM in over 18 months means RRR are out of compliance !

Public limited companies (PLC’s) must hold an AGM annually, within six months of their financial year-end.

Spec, if you notice that agreement was with Columbia Milling not Soma ! Yes Soma have purchased the main and the royalty but in their annual report previously that have 100% stated it doesn’t cover gold produced from out side El Limon tenements !

Spec, I’m just repeating what it said in Somas annual report where it stated the royalty payment for El Limon was for gold produced from the El Limon licences. I admit they changed the wording in this years annual report after some nudging for helpful, but that MIGHT have been just to appease Helpful as they have not once refuted what was said in the annual report I have referenced.

They might not either helpful, they may still be of the opinion they do not have to pay royalty on gold produced outside the El Limon licences !

Where are they going to get this money from - I know some of you don’t want to admit it but take the blinkers off and face reality.

DRC has been imminent for 2 years so can’t rely on that!

Sale of assets, unlikely anyone will pay £200k for any of the licences, and if they did very unlikely the deal would complete in time for this payment !

Avoid the reality of you want but it’s all there in black and white for you in the RNS’s !
