What was in it, that I should have read. We will forget, for the moment, your claim that HARL had free cash flow. You appear to be having enough trouble giving us a rational explanation to this question. Why are you unable to answer this ?

They cant explain Anya because it would make them look very bad. Most like Cruella are ex INFA shareholders with a grudge. The fact that they spend their lives on a BB where they have no financial interest, only goes to show how empty their lives are.

Just think of the money they could have made by even trading HARL this last year. Once again, it looks like we are at the bottom of the dip and its a good time to buy.

Going back to the UKEF Finance deal, many of the doubters on here either dont have the intellectual capacity to understand what UKEF is about and what its fundamental purpose is, or choose to ignore it.

Why is it encouraging exports and why are exports important. It basically boils down to foreign currency and the Balance of Payments. The UK over the last decade has had a deteriorating BoP and this is negative for the economy in general.

Exports help the BoP by bringing in Foreign Currency.

The Searose refit is being paid for by a Canadian company. Therefor , the work done will benefit the UK BoP. UKEF , will see this as export work, The fact that the work is done in Belfast is irrelevant. In fact it is of course beneficial that it is . All monies earnt will be invested in the UK.

The Riverstone loan will be paid of when the UKEF Finance deal is done. Whether or not IM will be transferred to the new lender , im not so sure. In any case the sale of IM will allow a large chunk of the loan to be paid off and there will be plenty left over for dividends.

On a side note , isnt it sad how these bitter ex INFA shareholders are transfixed to this BB and seemingly have nothing better to do.

Christmas will soon be with us and before you know it , we will be in February. I am 100% sure that HARL will win the court case and that there will be no where else to go for the Swampys. Very good news will certainly follow shortly after that regarding either a Farm Out or a complete sale.
