Cruella,i taker offence that you suggest that the author of the post, HARL can pay dividends, AKA Broomtree, should be in a straight jacket. It is in fact very difficult to March Up and Down the Square , when you cant move your arms.

If you believe what he says, then a 5% dividend could soon be on the cards.

What was in it, that I should have read. We will forget, for the moment, your claim that HARL had free cash flow. You appear to be having enough trouble giving us a rational explanation to this question.

So, Broomtree , if thats true, then what is the point of your 16.15 post. I am sending you a virtual shovel. While you are at it. Please explain why HARL has Free Cash Flow.

This clearly shows that HARL is eligible.

The Export Development Guarantee can support facilities over £25 million. For smaller facilities, the General Export Facility may be more suitable.

Eligibility

UK export sales represent at least 20% of your UK annual sales turnover on average over the last three financial years, or

you have a business plan demonstrating how UKEF support would facilitate significant development in the exporting of goods, services, or intangibles from the UK within 5 years.

As it clearly states on UKEFs web page, you dont need an export contract to obtain access to its finance facilities.

On first reading of your post Bubble, i thought that you were being a tad optimist However on reflection, thats is certainly possible. Sell IM . It would raise enough to clear the debt completely.

HARLs debt is manageable. How can it not be. Broomtree stated that they have Free Cash Flow.

I think we are very close to a successful Finance RNS. Its important to consider the £60 million SeaRose contract and all the finance documents that they would have demanded for the due diligence.
