Fran,lawyers are always bullish until the money runs dry. I do not want to rake over old coals that might have burnt some way back. Were the Lawyers you used looked into correctly with due diligence to ensure they had multiple past wins in this field.

Also was a no win no fee contract not considered ,with a no win no fee agreement Lawyers do fight harder for the win. Was the win commission a sticking point resulting in a foolish decision.

No one can determine the outcome of any litigation proceedings. The list of reasons I have listed in a previous post which indicate a high level of corruption which resulted in a fine for WG proves that any class action would have a very strong case and subsequently an excellent chance of success.

Surely an action with a no win no fee agreement is worth a shot. If I had lost cash here I would be pushing for a class action.I would volunteer to lead the way.

You see Fran That's the difference here,I am a glass half full type of fella who loves the fight and loves the win too. This is the type of fight I would love to win.It is the fight that keeps me young and beautiful.

Who knows what they are up to or how they mitigate their losses.But for sure the institutional investors you refer too will not lose any of their own personal hard earned..They invest with others cash.

The next step after the FCA is the Serious Fraud Office (SFO).Shareholders who feel they have been the victims of corruption here should get together and sign a joint letter to report WG and request a criminal investigation into the illegal practices of the Wood board.

Someone who has suffered losses needs to get a letter written to the SFO which includes the FCA ending points I have explained in my prior post.

Speedy is of the essence in these matters.
