Am i missing something? This goes ex divi today so if i buy and am on record tomorrow, i will still get the dividend? 5.28p payable 5/24 is that right? its dropped 7.75p today for what reason?

The Bloomberg security ownership record is very reliable. Bloomberg are very good at keeping info updated. There are 171 companies listed as holders of SAGA with latest filings, changes and filing dates. I can't comment on the stock exchange records. Larger ones (big figures only) Setanta +38mio, Janus -74mio, NBC Global +16mio, FIL Ltd -21.7mio, SOROS Fund MGNT -8mio, Rathbone -15mio, JO Hambro Capital - 13.9mio Most of these firms still have big holdings in SAGA. There are numerous other trades or 2-5mio sizes, too many to list.

I have Bloomberg that shows holdings, changes, filing dates.

Janus sold 74 million shares according to 19 march 18 filing, and aretmis sold 22.5mio on same filing date.

Share was worth 315p to Mediclinic only 5 months ago. Ok some poor figures last week but bear in mind last years results included �49 million of exceptionals (triple 2016) like rogue surgeon settlement & abandonment of central London hospital. On positive side Ttwo new hospitals coming on stream AND some US companies are going to have some bonus tax profits to spend. Buy and wait, someone will buy this.
