TW comments today were spot on. Why hasn’t Ashman spent some of his considerable wage buying shares in the company ? Why not live stream the AGM ? And that Dixon must be getting some lovely info and we aren’t.

Regarding the former, Ashman said we have the holy grail of cosmetics, so why hasn’t he loaded up. There will have been some times he was prohibited but not all. Are things going much slower than he thought so no rush.

Why not face investors like me who call him out, and shut me up with hard facts showing the company growth and finances ? It would help if he communicated better but only if the facts were great. It’s just not good enough

Ashman should I agree, but he’s shown what he thinks of small investors. He’s clearly upset at the criticism he gets but to be fair he’s brought it on himself.

If true, how does MD know ? Us smaller investors get told nothing. But meanwhile this guy invests 4 mil, and as Toyin says that’s not the amount of money you have a punt with.

We get nothing from this guy. It’s hard to give him any praise at all. We’ve done a deal with Croda but we don’t know how well we are doing, we won’t know how well Superdrug is doing for months but with no advertising and with the positions in the stores I can’t see that doing great. We do know in the last report the acquisitions were way down. And then there’s the share price. On what we know I can’t vote for him.

There’s a new Croda video on Insta mentioning 4 products, one being Zenakine. There’s a vote at the end so I voted for Zenakine and the percentage comes up. It’s impressive, more so as it’s not just LSE Skin shareholders otherwise it’d be mentioned already. 83% when I voted.

Nope I don’t think so. If the guy was selling and might have more to sell but like Elric said he’s got his facts wrong and this was pointed out by Ashman it may help. It’s certainly better than doing rock all.

But as per usual with you Ashman can do nothing wrong even when does nothing. Or lies.

It was said on Friday that Ashman was aware of the situation as why this guy sold (if indeed that’s the reason), and might make a statement. That could have helped stop the rot but of course Ashman is in no rush. It might have taken him 10 mins to knock one up, a few emails to get authorisation but he can’t be ar53d

Maybe Mr Dixon has had word that news is coming out so he’s buying at whatever level he can.

I certainly don’t buy in to Elric’s idea that replacing Ashman could cause problems at Croda. Let’s get a killer CEO with a proven track record. If Croda wanted to buy us, now’s the time as the shares are way too low. Not when a new CEO takes over, as the shares will jump up once Ashman/Osman gets voted out. The shares would definitely rise.
