I suspect when we get the next update, if Ashman is still in charge, it won’t say the Croda royalty amount as that will be propping up the acquisitions again. Which is wrong, it would be better to show everyone what’s been paid by Croda as that will really get people excited for the future. If the acquisitions aren’t performing as expected say it. Croda is what most are here for. It’s sad the way this company is being run.

I can’t quite believe this. This is low even for Ashman. There must be at least one big hitter unhappy with the BOD for them to do this. I suspect this will only make that person/s more determined.

I hope so but we will need good news for that to happen so I’m not optimistic.

I referred to Elric and his interviewing not specifically that interview. Take the time to read the responses to his other interviews with Ashman where there are many unhappy subscribers who would have preferred a much harder approach, and to be fair some who are pleased too. Elric has sent notes of happy clients after this one, and I’ll listen to it.

Let’s see come the end of Feb if Ashman has lied again, got the votes he needs and had everyone over including Elric but gets another year in charge. The guy lies every time he does an interview. You know he’s lied before many times, are you willing to take a chance, I’m not.

Net, according to Ashman we have the holy grail in cosmetics. Croda make it, we get paid. You’re surely not suggesting Croda bin this contract with us if we get rid of Ashman ? A product so good we have an NDA so tight we get told sod all. No chance.

But he’s said many things before, not done what he’s said, been criticised then gone to ground. If I had to answer difficult questions, please let Elric ask them.

Let’s remember this calendar year was supposed to be great and we’re down 26% and ytd 33%. Who’s fault, the guy incharge.

YTD down 33% in what was supposed to be a big year.

And next year Ashman hasn’t ruled out making more acquisitions. No doubt using Croda monies. I can’t possibly vote for this guy.

Elric needs to be hard but he isn’t normally.

Even come the end of march if the share prices rises, Ashman might well spend the cash on another company we don’t need.

Surely it’s time Ashman fell on his sword. Terrible leadership from this dishonest man. Too many red flags no wonder many shareholders have had enough and are selling.

We know Ashman can tell porkies but as Bazza pointed out his latest one is utterly disgraceful. He’s tells shareholders he has taken a 20% pay cut from his £360k a year wage, but in fact he hasn’t. And he doesn’t like criticism. Is this guy a nut job or what ?

On top of all the other strokes he’s pulled, this takes some beating. Talk about untrustworthy, this guy is lower than whale sh.t

So the Lemming investors have advised Ashman not to put himself or any other director up for re election. If the results show good Croda revenue and his acquisitions are doing OK, I dont think he has anything to worry about at the AGM. However I suspect the Lemmings know all will not be revealed and therefore best not to have a vote.
