People have lost confidence in James Draper and now selling out in fear of been the involved in the next penny share, it's all been hype but no substance, no details of revenue, no wonder James Draper sold some of his shares, he knew this was coming. No one on here can honestly say what revenue will be for last year, one thing to be sure about, another big drop on results day and a diluted share price after raising more money.

I understand that they had to reapply for a new certificate after making some changes after doing they did the 2 tests around October time and stated that they were doing civil works and buying equipment. We need to know where we are on the project and if on track, has the civil works completed, new certificate granted, equipment arrived and tested and ready to be installed and finally, when will the injection of C02 start

RSI still 40%, so expect a big fall over the next 2 weeks unless James the ramper makes it clear that they do not require funding.

I prefer just to move up slowly and keep the day traders away, otherwise, we will see 30% rises which will follow drops and very often the drops will be lower than what the price was before the rise

BTW , James Draper had the chance on Xmas eve to say that Bidstack was OK for money and no funding would be required, Looks like Q1 will be very bumpy with very bad trading results to come and the chance of dilution due to funding

IMO, Bids maybe going into another period of black out news while James draper buries his head in the sand while debating a fund raise and dilution while keeping his investors locked in a dark room like mushrooms while the SP starts its drop below 10P

My experience in oil and gas is limited to the car and house ;-)

I have to say, Sometimes its hard doing your own research for newcomers, So much information gets lost and no reasons why, Take for instance, we were suppose to be in production in june of last year, You try finding the reason why it never happened, Least people buying in now are a lot closer to going into production that the people who bought over a year ago.

Is it possible to bullet point the history of PRD, From when they listed and what assets they went to market with and where they are now, I have tried to explain to a possible investor, But he is finding it all a bit complicated specially when it comes to the Irish sea and also the trinidad project when it comes to all 4 parties , CERP, PRD, Fran and heritage, The way i have explained trinidad, Heritage is the oil company that will take the oil, Cerp owns the field, Fran are doing the work and PRD are overseeing the project and providing all the technical know how with the chance of buying the field from CERP. Is it possible to explain it in a simple format.
Regards Morroco, Prd as only been granted a licence to drill with a 1 million deposit and the deposit is refundable once the drill enters the ground and will sell the well to another party.

Regards Prd itself, would i be right in saying that only about 4 people are on the books, anyone else is contracted by PRD likes of Fran in Trinidad

Seems that my letter is now lost among all the utter ramping rubbish, this letter is for all the people who have lost money on bidstack and not only me, so I would hope that you respect my views which is a 100% right and not to rubbish it with your views, this is to James Draper and no one else.

Since you never reply to emails but noted that you do read the message boards, I hope you read this

To be honest with you, i have lost trust with YOU James draper and i have found YOU unprofessional in the way YOU dealt with the tom winnifrith profit warning issue and i feel that YOU just buried your head in the sand over the situation and many people have lost money over your actions since i hold you responsible in the collapse of the share price and you can track most of the drops in share price down to your own actions, from not dealing with the tom winnifrith situation, to selling shares and finally the unprofessional way you released the order of RNS's just the week before Xmas.
Honestly, I like the tech and feel that there is a business there, but i am not convinced on the revenues since we have no idea of what is in all these deals and fear another rise will be needed VERY SOON.
A lot of people bought Bids shares above 25p after YOU were telling people that YOU could see bids SP 20 x what ever price it was when he done the podcast with JW and the talk about bids been a money printing machine.
Luckily, I am not really effected by the Bids since i never over expose myself, but has you know, a lot of people go full on with their life savings which i know is up to them, but many got carried away with the James rampers pod casts., Yes i call you a ramper, because thats what you have done.
At the moment i am undecided to buy back into Bids since i believe that we will be seeing a share price below 5p before the next results, Lack of news, Fund raise, Dilution and the fear of the results.
My personal opinion, What you have done since September is on the verge of criminal, You took no action on the winnifrith profit warning which proved to be correct, You sold shares knowing that the share price would drop more and you allowed a situation of issuing a profits warning knowing the price would collapse and knowingly issuing a RNS the following day knowing that this would have a positive effect on the share price, it COULD be seen to allow market manipulation and allow mates of mates to make a quick buck.

People need to see some numbers in what is involved in these deals since YOU never report these when issuing news on contracts, Like they say , Zero to 10 million could still be ZERO.

To end, I would like YOU to think about the people who have lost money after your ramps on podcasts... how they must be feeling after selling out at 7p after the profit warning fearing of loosing all their money

Anyone looking at investing into bids should check out JWs new video, says quite a lot about companies not generating money and it's only a matter of time before they need to raise cash.

I am in PRD and see prd having a very good start of 2020 with projects about to start in Q1, So should be good with a low Mcap and very few shares, I have also invested in CERP, So looking at what TRIN has to offer, Is Trin worth a punt, will have to look into i.

One thing that i have learn't, Take more notice of the M cap in future, The share price was way to high at 38p and JW and JD was still ramping up the company and people still buying in.

Well i have been proved wrong today and hold my hands up, but on reflection i did the right thing by selling at 12p, But should have taken jame's offer of a good Christmas by buying before the rise on Xmas Eve, So i interpret james saying about a good xmas, He was meaning that he was reducing the price of the shares in order to give new and old investors a good buying price.
Like all shares on aim, so volatile and most of the time its down to luck.
I will buy back into bids once i am sure that bids is heading in the right direction,
Still think the same way about JD, he has cost a lot of people money by making the wrong decisions on those RNS's,
