On a personal front, Companies like farn need supported, there doing a lot of good with finding ways to help people with Cancer's and other health issues

GSPC were suppose to be paying oilex so much money for a % of the business but GSPC defauled and oilex was going to take control of the full 100% and GSPC got a temporary injunction for 3 weeks to stop oilex from taking control and that's why trading was halted on that friday afternoon during the rise.

Like anything, Its a punt and a lot of ramping going on, but i have 1K in the company and around 15% down at thge moment

Also, with corporate arbitration (an expensive process) you have to be able to prove to the arbitrary body you have the funds in dispute before entering the phase (been through the process) otherwise it's a waste of time should they lose. GSPC do not have the money to pay.

Monday is the key day. If the OEX CEO has got any skill at all, he'll already have a farm-in partner lined up (but couldn't announce as GSPC could leverage the position) my guess is that you could see an announcement very quickly after the 4th wherein I think OILEX will be granted either total rights or a controlling right in the license commensurate with the amount owed.

I still believe that Schlumberger could be partners in this.

Smart money coming in now ready for Monday/Tuesday. With AlignResearch giving 680% upturn and strong buy it’s not surprising. Throw into the mix the uncertainty over GSPC going bust it’s a wise move in my opinion. Multibagger incoming!

Thank you M for your reply, I was in Boo for a few month and fully expected the share to rise, only for the price to drop, However it did rise towards the results and managed a profit and sold.

I guess you have to have a lot of faith in a share to buy in to and i agree, If the results are good, then this could give you a good future, Its if the trials fail again, where will the sp go but its a chance you take in Aim

Yes i agree, i hope the family gets closure, I do believe that Thomas cook will have done everything where possible, you can only do so many audits checking the hotel standards, Before retiring, i was on the management team for a well known food company where everything had to be documented and the likes of tescos could turn up at any time of the day or night and you cannot stop them from doing a audit checking everything from where the ingredients came from until the product leaving the site, You will find that any issues will come down to human error and these can happen at anytime.
I feel that TC will have done everything possible and acted in the correct way when the incident happened unless TC owned the hotel and managed it, but normally the fault will be found within the production of food, might even be something like leaving chicken out of the store to long before cooking, Cross contamination another, Washing of hands, something simple.
I have travelled quite a lot, my wife is from asia and over in thailand its a different world, cooking chicken from the side car of a motor bike with fumes everywhere, No proper washing facilities, You take a risk every time you eat. But regards this incident, I do hope its a speedy investigation, but knowing these things, it will drag on.

This reminds me of the carbon monoxide incident a few years back where a family died in there hotel room that dragged on forever.
