Reading all the media stuff this weekend has made out all confusing with wmh not disclosing what apollo is willing to pay.
Not been in this situation for a long time, it's hard to guess how this will play out.

The only thing that I can go on, the bid that WMH got a few years ago was highter i believe than £3 and WMH wanted a lot more and the deal fell through.

Just to be clear, am I correct in saying that we have to separate interested parties and they are not going in together to buy wmh, just someone was saying that it could be a 50\50 split but the RNS states separate cash proposals and regards Betfred, I read on here that they were also interested, but I think that is more rumour than anything else.

Only way that we will see anything decent will be if we get 2 companies bidding against each other. Not sure how Ladbrokes take over went.

Honestly could see a return of the dividend in the next results if business is that good, so may get a Extra bonus if a deal is not complete

Must admit, I was on the sell button on Monday before the SP dropped ans even yesterday on the sharp rise of 20% until the news filtered out. Its been a rough year for any share holder who had bought into WMH before covid and watching the SP drop.
Since news, I am holding out for the big numbers. I believe that caesars will take over WMH since they have put a lot of investment into WMH,
£4 gives me a bagger, No regrets about not buying low because i have been over exposed since averaging down over a year ago.

One thing to remember, the bid needs to be higher that the share price, so it would be stupid to sell under £3 . Next week will be the telling week and what people are prepared to pay for the shares. Anything over £4 would be great for me, but it's going to be important for anyone making a offer to do it soon like what happened with Hastings recently.
Quite possibly the bid price will be 330 giving a 10% increase, today's rise indicates what the market believes wmh is worth with the rise in price.
Once a bid is made of 330, it's then upto wmh to negotiate the price up, even better with 2 bidders so we get the max share pric, but depending on how soon the first offer comes in, I think the starting price will be 330. Let's see

Hi Morbox, Great stuff, Their was only the pair of us posting this time last year dreaming of a takeover , Yes i could have averaged down, But didn't, 50% up and i will be turning off the lights and will be taking the final offer , Seen it with ladbrooks where the price went up and up.
lets see what next week brings, Lets hope news drops on PRD on Wednesday, That could rocket along with my BooHoo

Its now a week until the 30th September were Paul has the rights to buying Fram for $4.5m
Any thoughts on which way it will go.?
We have to look at the evidence that we have so far.
Paul stated that he has a contractor to pay 1.5m in order for them to continue the work, I would imagine that the contractor will have done due diligence before making that offer showing that their will be enough revenue to make a sizable profit.
Paul already knows the glow rates but for what ever reason, these have yet to be disclosed to the open market and I feel it's bpc delaying prd from realising the information.
My gut feeling, prd and BPC can't reach an agreement and the date will be pushed back to allow for further negotiations.
Also remember, eor was supposed to have happened in June 2019 and in production making revenue, that would have given prd 15 months to save the money to buy Fram, we are now 15 months behind schedule giving enough reason to extend the period of buying Fram

worth keeping a eye on ConocoPhillips to see what they are up to, nothing on their website regarding morocco, but they will be taking a interest in PRD.

Surprised if they have not approached paul to do a deal

What is happening with the special dividend, Has the take over happened or yet to happen
I thought it was a done deal and the Dividend was on its way, But i get mixed messages when i read up on the deal.

I don't think it is a ridiculous comment, Would you have expected JD to be doing the PR rounds on such good news, If the news was that great, He should have been out there telling people what a good deal it is

Dont you just get that sinking feeling when a RNS drops with no Figures and on top of that , No PR rounds from the CEO, Nothing, Makes you wonder what kind of deal it is and what revenue if any will be generated .
This time last year , we were all going to be rich, So much for that.

Will we See Draper doing the PR rounds explaining to the Market what this deal means and what does the future hold, I cannot remember the last time draper done a interview
