issue is with shorters, They will attack the SP early morning trading in order to send the SP down, They will not sell all the shares in one day, they will attack over weeks, But if you have buyers, then the SP will stay up. shadowfall would have been hoping for a massive drop.

on a personal note Chesh, I do like you and i have known you since i made money on Oilex, You do stand up for your fellow investors which i have seen and respect, The only thing that i want is for ever investor to make money, Just now and again we end up picking the wrong shares like i have with a few FT shares.

CEO's have a habit of over estimating timelines and numbers, so i am a lot wiser to it.

IMO, The deal should be split , UK to Done brothers and USA to Caesars, The UK has a value separate to the US, Caesars will make money from the sale of WMH Uk at the expense of share holders who will be ex share holders when the UK is sold

Just be careful with Stop losses, You dont always get what your stop loss is set at if the SP opens much lower and then the price rises

On another note, Noted If a Dividend s paid before the deal goes through, Caesars will readjust their offer, Now that stinks !!!!!

Apollo have just under a month to submit a offer for WMH, So i am just sitting back and let nature take its course.
The way the SP is at the moment, It will hover around the 170 to 180 price unless another bid comes in, Don't forget, the competition will be watching and may make a offer if they see good value.
At the moment, whats the worse that could happen , We end up with 272 which is way better than the 28p that long term holders seen.
On the up side, If a higher offer comes in, then its a bonus for us and the deal CANNOT go through until voted on and that should answer iangibbins67gmai question, A deal has not been done

So 272 is the base line, so the SP should not drop below that unless offers cone in from other companies,

Bit of a low ball offer imo, but will have to see if we can get.
