It's got to be sorted this time round, you just can't keep ajourning a case because one party is stalling for time, there is a cost and time to these cases and who is picking up the bill.
I woukd say the longer is goes on the more chance of GSPC winning through corruption and that's the reason for all these adjournments imo

Just listened to the pod cast, so basically everything is delayed by 3 months hence the SP going down, imo, good time to top up and will use 5k of SIPP to invest, but will wait for a good low, but once it goes, it will do well if everything they say will happen, happens.

If the trials are good, The sp could take off, The SP dropped from 800 down below 100 on the bad news in May, So if they have turned it around and get good results, Could it make us money. News wont be out until the last week of October

It was bad work from the company issuing the rns after close of business on a Friday, it stops people from reacting against it and now when the market opens on Monday, the mms will factor the news in on opening and have control on were they want to take the SP

Dan , I have always wanted to go to Oktoberfest , Not for the drinking, but for the fair that they put on, I used to travel with the fairs when i was a teenager, so that's part of my life and set me up being very practical and will tackle most things.

Regards HL, I will know more on Monday and reluctant at the moment to invest since it is my pension money, hence low risk and that will include not investing in Aim shares, But under valued shares that we are seeing at the moment and buying shares for their Dividends.

Any thoughts on oilex and farn with news coming this month. I believe the SP on evrh will drop back and we will see PRD moving back and forth iwith up coming news.

Not good that the rsn came out so late in the day on a Friday with the weekend upon us.

Expecting the price to drop on Monday due to the dilution of shares.

Fashion retailer Quiz downgraded of its guidance for both the half and full years after footfall at its physical stores fell in September and online sales disappointed.

Ebitda for the six months through September would be not less than £5.5m the company said, which was 21% below its previous expectations.

Quiz blamed the downgrade on weaker September trading, lower-than-expected sales through its third-party online partners and costs related to the collapse of House of Fraser, which was subsequently bought by Sports Direct.

For the full year, Quiz said it had assumed the trend in online third-party sales would continue. Revenue would therefore come in below market expectations of £138m, while Ebitda would be in the region of £11.5m.

In the first half, revenue had risen 19% to £66.7m.
