Hi Jambon, Last year when i was 17 stone, i went onto a diet and doing the 3 mile walk, now i am doing the walking after a 3 month break but i have not altered my diet.
I bulk my food up with Kidney beans so i am full, But i wouldn't say that i am eating bad food, just maybe to much food

Shares that i am looking at buying at a certain price are all up, Farn is up, i missed out on 110 and now 115, Looking around a pound to buy, otherwise its not worth the risk.

Going for my daily 3 mile walk, the way the weather is, it might blow me around in 30 minutes instead of the 45 minutes. Still not loosing weight !!!!!

Further to the announcement made earlier today in relation to Oilex Ltd (Oilex or the Company) appearing in the High Court of Gujarat, India (Court), the Company announces that the matter has been adjourned until 15 October 2018, which it believes will be the final hearing.

The Order, which was originally put in place on 9 August 2018, automatically expires after 5 November 2018.
