I would say current price is a good opportunity to buy shares. Hopefully the US Border Patrol gets funding soon to buy the order that was expected in September along with the growing retail distribution business.
I do not see this announcement anywhere. Can you include a link to this announcement?
Article on their retail efforts:

This parr of the report says it all:
“ Thruvision gives UK investors the opportunity to invest in unique, proven technology, as well as pointing a way to potential eventual exit via M&A once the group has built additional scale. The deal with US Customers and Border Protection (CBP) has the potential to bring in c. $15m of revenue per year for the next four years, and Retail Distribution remains a large and rapidly growing large addressable market with an estimated 20,000 distribution centres (DCs) across UK, Europe and the US expected by 2025.”
More developments on Thruvision being used for passenger screening. I am perplexed why this process is taking so long for the technology to be approved by the US TSA for passenger screening, but per this article, it is at least in motion. Once approved for passenger screening, I expect the stock price to gain a lot of momentum and perhaps be the catalyst for other companies to show interest in acquiring Thruvision.

BAE and Leidos are the ones who come to mind as possible acquirers
Persimmon, I agree this is positive. In their last presentation, they mentioned up to 2k unit potential with the US TSA if they get approval for passenger screening and up to 2k units for US Border Patrol. That is a lot of units that need to be produced with a total addressable market for JUST those two customers of USD 400 million (estimating USD 100,000 per unit). Not even considering all of the potential large orders coming from distribution centers. They will need a lot of capital to ramp up production. As I have mentioned in the past, watch for if they get TSA approval for passenger screening - that could be the inflection point to finally drive the stock higher. Should Thruvision start getting more public visibility, the total addressable market is unfathomable. Their technology appears to be unique and effective for what modern-day screening needs to be. Hope this happens sooner than later.
Persimmon - curious, where did you get the fact they are shipping 40+ units this month?
AFRC - this stock will probably never get the proper recognition until it moves to a bigger stock exchange or it gets acquired. I am holding on to this one until they are acquired but it could take several more years for this story to develop. I am finally seeing hints they are on the right path and it is only a matter of time. I am fully loaded on this stock but believe it is at a great price now to get more for those who can do it.
Persimmon, my concern as well. I would like to see Colin Evans publicly discuss the expected order size and timeframe from the CEVA deal. I would think they would want to promote this heavily to help push interest in the stick.
Anyone who is invested in Thruvision should be extremely bullish on this news - potentially a 1,000 unit opportunity:
World leading supply chain management company CEVA Logistics is deploying Thruvision globally. With over 1,000 facilities in more than 170 countries CEVA is working with us to protect their customers, assets and people.

One more subtle hint of TSA looking at Thruvision as the next-generation passenger screening technology. Watch this video and you will see Thruvision clearly represented: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tpPcqe63SHM&t=6s
Skid, Thruvision will replace current body scanners that only detect metal or still require a physical pat down. If you have not yet, look at their videos to get a sense of how this technology would completely change the process and security posture of passenger screening. Thruvision does not replace the bag screening.
Nothing is guaranteed, but consider that Thruvision was recently awarded an IDIQ Contract with the US DHS (indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity) for the border patrol and also that the technology is used to screen employees at some airports. The issue the TSA had with Thruvision was the green ghost figure that shows up - which is silly. I believe Thruvision has developed a new user interface that shows the actual image of person, then the image of hidden item on the body. It seems everything is lined up for the TSA to approve. This investment may take another year or so to play out but feel the technology is obviously different than anything else out there, the addressable market is incredibly large and a larger defense contractor-type company will want this technology as they have the ability to scale where Thruvision today does not. This company/stock is just not on anyone's radar and wont be until they get into airports and win large orders. I have been in since 2016 and own a lot (!) of shares. I believe this is an obvious win at some point.
I believe the big inflection point for this stock will be when the US TSA approves Thruvision to be used for airport passenger screening. Once this occurs I believe it could be the opportunity for the company to look for buyers as well. The total addressable market from airports, distribution centers and border patrol worldwide is huge. This stock is not low because of manipulation, just a lack of any visibility of what this company's potential is.
Its $7m in new funding. $14m is total spend. from CBP since 2021.
Surprised the annual report has not been released yet.
Keep watching for the US TSA to certify Thruvision for airport passenger screening. Once that happens I believe the value of the company is greatly increased and could be what will open up the possibility of an acquisition.

FedEx was referenced as a new customer in the last report. There was a shooting at one of their locations last night. This is not the first time this has happened. I have to believe FedEx will now reevaluate their security protocol. Hopefully Thruvision is part of that planning.
