If you would like to ask our webinar guest speakers from Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund a question please submit them here.
What was quietly mentioned in the report was the reference to FedEx making a purchase. My guess is they purchased a few to test. This could be a huge customer as they have over 1,000 locations that probably could use Thruvision. Keep your eye out for further announcements with FedEx.

The big event for us is to wait for is the US TSA's review of the new interface that shows the picture image of the person instead of the green ghost image. If the TSA approves that for passenger screening at airports, Thruvision's addressable market will be much larger and should see orders at US airports starting later thi year. If this occurs, we should see the value of the company start moving much higher.
I watched the webinar yesterday. Overall I found the messaging positive, but there are two key points investors should focus on:
1. The US TSA will begin evaluating the updated view of an inspected Thruvision passenger after Christmas. In order for Thruvision to be allowed to screen travelers at airports, any hint of showing ones anatomy must be hidden. The example they showed in the presentation changes the green ghost image to the actual picture of the person with the detected object overlayed. This will no doubt be approved. Colin Evans could not discuss what will happen after approval, but I got the sense this will open up the entire US airport market. COVID has shut down screening and infected TSA agents at some airports. This could develop very fast once approved and hope they can scale production as needed.
2. Brilliant question was asked if they considered being listed on a bigger stock exchange like the US NASDAQ. If this happens along with a high profile order from the TSA, this stock could see a huge interest from investors. Evans said the Board was "increasingly thinking about". I hope they are starting to make plans for this to occur. The stock has no visibility today.
I believe these are two big inflection points to drive the value of the company much higher in 2021.
From the RNS, this is the most important statement: ""Coronavirus-delayed US Transportation Security Administration testing for passenger screening now restarting;". I believe Thruvision is about a year away from seeing demand for it's products take off.

The traditional millimeter wave body scanners is a big problem for security screeners as they can not see what and where an item may be on a traveler, therefore requiring a more personal interaction to inspect the traveler.
This is a big opportunity for Thruvision to systematically replace all of them. My concern is the company today does not have the ability to scale to meet such a demand. Only way is through them being acquired or receive a major investment.
Large opportunity for Thruvision in India and perhaps globally if this policy is implemented.

Persimmon, agree that the COVID-19 virus is creating a very favorable environment for Thruvision technology to be even more important. Not aware of any other technology that can compete with what they have.
Good article showing value of Thruvision assisting with border security. I have to believe this example will help Thruvision to sell it's technology globally for border security use cases.

I view this article as a positive development for TSAs partnership with Thruvision. Thruvision can solve this problem.

Thruvision at another major US airport for employee screening. This is starting to become a trend and should be a big growth opportunity going forward.

Rocket, not knowing your investing goals, but I feel holding this stock for another 18-24 months should have a nice payout.
Afrc, fair point. I am assuming Thru is part of it based on the picture in the article showing their equipment in the last test and the statement "Following a similar test at a Tokyo subway station in March, an experiment at JR Tokyo Station's bullet train ticket gate on Dec. 4 will use trained dogs to detect hazardous materials."
Hopefully a follow up article on the December 4th test will help us confirm.
Expanded testing in Japan for upcoming Olympics.

Thruvision on Fox Business News this morning in the US

I too have looked at the Qinetiq solution in the past, and Thurvision looks far superior to what Qinetiq shows, which is just a color code if it detects something. I can not imagine a customer preferring this over what Thruvision can show.

I do agree that Qinetiq could one day be a potential acquirer of Thruvision.
Leoboy, the description of the product is exactly how the Thruvision solution is set up - a mobile unit that can be moved around easily. This video shows how it is set up - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=12W-yBiFXgk&feature=youtu.be.
