Yet another duster! I've had my fill and am currently waiting on Roxi news myself. Those asking how much it will drop well it's hard to say but will probably be 70% minimum and then over the next few weeks it will keep dripping down. Not good but that is the risk we all take in AIM oilers. Remember though it only takes one real good un to get all your losses back plus some so try to keep positive and move on. Don't dwell on as if you only invested with disposable cash then it's no big deal, you'll get a winner some day that will make you glad you took the risk.
No prob's twix, sounds fair enough, guess I'll get some cash back then. I'm just happy that us long term holders have seen this through and can now hopefully get a return on our long invested cash!
All I know is the shares have been added to my holding and the money is out. Last time I don't recall that happening, they took the money and the shares arrived after and the shortfall against my request was then returned about three weeks later I think. I contacted the company about it at the time because whilst others had their refund I had to wait a lot longer. Someone else in here had the same problem. You may well be correct given what's being said but just sharing what I can see with my account. Perhaps they will correct it tomorrow? Let's be honest two weeks ago Halifax had my shares valued at £80k so anything could happen!
No problem, was just an outside chance of their methodology was all. Think your punt may just pay you something back. Let's see what happens over the next 6 - 8 months.
How long have you held VIY? I ask because I've been in for years and wondered if this was a factor in allocation? Probably not but odd that I have been given all my requested shares? Doesn't matter how much you hold, everything is relative, hope your and our investment is rewarded, jeez it's been a long hard road. Now we just need them to say that VEC has signed a mega deal with Chevron and we're sorted!
At the moment they have taken my cash and I have been given the full amount that I asked for, including additional shares.

How's it going. On the exercise price I think that's just an error, the exercise price will be 50p pro rata to the consolidation. This effectively means to trigger the options our new team are going to have to get the price from 11p to 50p and keep it there for a minimum of 30 days! I think it may just happen! Then again if the first contract is announced and the name of the customer is kept a secret.......... I'M F**KING OFFSKI!
I'm fine, still not making any money, there's a shock eh! Still researching this as it's new to me and everyone else I guess. That said on the face of it, it does look promising, sufficiently so for me to take the share offer up and apply for a small amount of additional shares, not heaps but enough to make it interesting should this new venture turnout good for us. All these years and now we are off in a new direction! I guess it could be worse we could have simply folded!
You still in here mate?
Yeah think I may have made that one up! I've just taken up the open offer so it will be interesting to see if I get any extras or not.
Commercialisation date: The highly qualified team of scientists and technicians at Premaitha are also currently undergoing IONA® Test development and design verification processes; target completion for this stage is by 30 September 2014. The clinical performance and commercialisation testing is then anticipated to be substantially complete by 31 December 2014 with expected commercial launch of the IONA® Test to commence January 2015. If they can keep to plan we should start to see some action late this year hopefully perhaps sooner if we get lucky! TBK.
No worries, I've been invested here for years. I got in initially on the use of NASA tech to find oil and predict porosities and commerciality however since then this has been very disappointing with lots of secrecy and cloak and dagger stuff! I could understand this initially but became more worried as claimed contracts just seemed to vanish without any further updates. We knew we had Chevron on board plus another SM but to this day we still don't know who that is or if they are still involved (with VEC)!!! This latest turn looks very interesting to me even although it was not of my choosing I am getting happier each day with this new business and the people involved. I guess January next year will be key and I hope that our new man-in-charge can perform yet another turnaround. I have always believed in Vialogy however I didn't see us ending up here so I am now trying to research the potential in this new test that Premaitha has developed and seems to think has massive potential.............. I hope they are correct!
Sorry if already posted, just some info on the DxS deal: The deal, for an initial consideration of $75 million in cash and $20 million in deferred payments, represents the culmination of an eight-year relationship between NVM and Manchester-based DxS. NVM identified the fi eld of personalised medicine as an exciting growth market and were delighted to back Steve Little and his team with an initial investment of £1.25 million when they set up DxS in 2001. NVM led further funding rounds in 2004 and 2006 and introduced YFM and Hygea as co- investors. This funding allowed the business to develop and secure a landmark success in bringing the world’s first companion diagnostic to market. This has lead to further contracts to develop diagnostic kits for a number of multinational giants in the pharmaceutical industry and cemented DxS’ position as a leader in its field. At $130 million NVM would achieve a return of 13 times money and an internal rate of return (IRR) of 39%. The $75 million initial cash consideration represents 8 times NVM’s investment of a total of £3 million and an IRR of 34%. I think this Dr Little chap knows how to get a return on investment!
Been in here a very long time, believed in the tech after researching it years ago and couldn't see how they could fail! Then they started testing it and were able to pinpoint oil and tell the customer the rock porosities! One test drill failed but this was because of incorrect seismic or corrupted data being provided and was confirmed by the customer. Apart from this they went on to hit time and again. Chevron joined the customer list and have stayed on board ever since but in a very secretive manner, I wonder why? Another SM was also signed up but has to this day remained unnamed! I took every share they would give me in the last issue because I still believe they have a very unique tech that could be potentially used in many and varied applications, not just oil. I hope for all the long term holders, like myself, that this imminent news is positive in a big way and that at last the success of the company is about to head in a very different direction to that which we have endured for so many years. Good luck folks, a happy ending would be most welcome, for once!
